Bimuno IBAID Prebiotic 30 Pastilles

I used this product a few years ago and was very happy with it but for some reason I cannot remember I stopped. Having had recent problems with constipation I started to use it again and am pleased with the outcome after two weeks. Sleep has improved and bowel too so I will continue with it.

I tried these during a flare up having read reviews. I’ve definitely noticed a significant difference after a week of taking them. I’m able to tolerate some foods again which has made a huge difference.

Bi2muno is easy to take,as i take antibiotics quite regularly i thought this would help my good bacteria,seems to settle my gut,better than taking yogurt which i dont think does any good.Would recommend for some conditions it is suggested for..i use mine in my porridge oats on a morning.

Very convenient to take and after a week I noticed an improvement in quality and hours of sleep.

I’ve been taking these in the evenings to improve my gut biome but have also found that my sleep pattern has vastly improved and far less problematic! I have read about sleep problems and gut biome connections a while back but really surprised how much these have improved things! My only gripe is these contain gelatine which is a real shame as Bimuno other products are vegetarian so looses a star.

Easy to use and successful in their boast.

I'm very pleased with this product - since taking it I feel generally better, my stomach bloating has reduced and my bowel movements are back to normal.

I reached out to Bimuno and they stopped making these at the beginning of 2022. I’ve tried the powder form and they don’t work for me. Only the pastille works so it must be the delayed release of the pastille form. Has anyone found a suitable replacement???
