Comfortable in your hand and work
I flattened out the ridges in my nails first. Then I used a buffing wax you lightly apply to your nails. Wow! Super shiny just like polish is. I noticed the shine lasted for a few days, too. I like these! And you get 2 for a low price. Its a good buy. I use SuperNail buffing cream. Recommended highly!!!

disappointing
The quality is lacking, especially the very thin fabric. On the plus side, I might be able to buy decent chamois to replace the original.

Works Well - Would Buy Again
My mom used this type of a nail buffer when I was in my teens (want to say Revlon made them). Purchased this because it was the closest to that I could find. I moisturized my cuticles and nails and buffed. My nails tend to be ridged and was surprised to notice this buffer helped with knocking down the ridges (I do lightly sand them with a fine block from time to time). It isn’t the ones my mom used but for the price and the result I will keep buying these until I can’t.

Chamois Dirty, unsanitary; And has a noxious chemical smell
During Pandemic I ordered this item and liked it so much, ordered a back up. Not sure what happened with this stock but the chamois is dirty, as if used, and has a noxious chemical smell (maybe manufactured with used or recycled chamois). Too bad. Avoid.
