This headset is the best that have discovered. The greatest of all-time. It's Sleek design makes it very portable. The unit is durable. The battery life is great. And the sound quality is second to none. I have gone through many headsets of all types. My friends call me headset KING. I have used the Plantronics Voyager Legend 30, 5200, and 50 for cellphone use primarily. My calls are clear and crisp, not muffled like other brands. This is not the Plantronics Voyager of the past, the functionality stinks. The AI noise canceling is so good you can't hear the party on the line. I have been a loyal customer of Plantronics for over 20+ years, I purchased several Plantronics over-the-ear headsets. I could wear the older devices all day; actually, I forgot I had one on. Not anymore, I can't wear the new device all day, it is uncomfortable and does not sit in my ear well. Additionally, there are connectivity issues (i.e., can't hear caller through headset, or device shuts off halfway through the call/conversation). At first, I thought it was my phone, so I tried with my old phone, I connected to 3 other phones in the family, and we all had the same issue. Battery life is not what they say and there is no caller ID. What the what? The value is not great, if it only works sometimes half-price is too much. We purchased the Legend 50 and had the exact same experience. The quality has suffered.

Plantronics is the best and there is no 2nd place in my opinion! I started with Plantronics when the FIrst Bluetooth and the First Droid Bionic came out several decades ago... I will never use another brand! Sound is good, easy to bind, and appears to have good overall quality... Well worth the money, but you may pay more, but you will get a LOT BETTER PRODUCT! Functions great, never and issue, and they seem to be heavy duty... I have worn them out... But it takes 2 to 3 years to do it. I would highly recommend these over any brand... Especially if you have a Motorola Phone! (Motorola and Plantronics Teamed up to invent the Bluetooth Technology...

This device is almost really good... The problem is that it's inconsistent with state changes. About 20% of the time, maybe a bit less, when I use it to answer the phone it doesn't work. My phone accepts the call but the audio is going to the phone!? My ear unit is what caused the phone to accept the call!? I've also placed a call, and between the ringing and the answering this device somehow let the voice go back to my phone. Generally I have to cycle this off and back on while the caller is wondering why I'm not speaking. EXTREMELY frustrating. The reason I say it's well built is that it took a journey that bounced it off the floor and it took no structural damage at all. I would have expected it in two pieces. So... it is well built. The features are pretty decent when they work. The ability to voice answer/decline often requires that I yell my response. "Incoming call. Answer or decline?" "answer...." "Answer!" "ANSWER THE CALL!!" It usually does work at that point, but it's not useful if you have anyone else in the house with you or were out in public. It can leave a mark on the top of your ear after an hour or more of use. On the way to being painful. It's not necessarily heavy, but it's not light either. Really a shame, this could have been more than adequate. I have a replacement already but couldn't spare the time to set it up while moving to a new house. This will be relegated to a back up device, unless there's a firmware update that is known to address my issues.

c'è ben poco da dire su questo auricolare se non che sia al perfezione in assoluto, si collega contemporaneamente a due cellulari, utile per chi ha due dispositivi sempre con se, comandi vocali per rispondere alle chiamate, se sei impegnato con le mani è molto utile, chiamate chiare e cristalline, i rumori intorno a te vengono eliminati e la persona con cui sei al telefono sentirà sempre e solamente la tua voce, consigliatissimo

Es un excelente producto. Había utilizado hace 10 años atrás su versión anterior y ahora he vuelto sin dudarlo a comprarlo. Muy cómodo casi imperceptible cuando lo tienes colocaso y con muy buena definición de audio y cancelación
