Is this Safe on car windows?

It comes stocked with a carbon steel blade. Make sure you switch it out to a stainless steel blade less likely to scratch the glass if you are doing window tinting. Always snap to a new blade as well to avoid scratching the glass. It is a great tool to work with. Also stores more than one blade for quick change.

Would this work for cutting 3" fiberglass insulation?

I think that’s a bit heavy duty for this handle. This handle is better for detailed cutting. For what you are doing I would use a heavier duty blade holder.

I have two of these knives are they are my favorite. Are you able to order two of just the grey blade snappers?

I've tried a dozen different ones and thisnhas all the features and benefits you want. Plastic but VERY solid and form fitting to the hand and fingers, contoured, easy load, easy extend/retract. Includes a buikt in blade snapper.
