It's fine for back sleepers, but not great for side sleepers. The neck support is too long to fit comfortably between my neck and shoulder. The "arm holes" where you tuck your hand/arm is entirely too shallow. The pillow isn't firm enough; when I roll over, my head just makes a new divet instead of testing in the designed spot. Still a decent pillow overall, but not for the money.

So DISAPPOINTED. *If you liked the previous style pillow*, this is NOT it. The previous ‘queen size’ was so perfect I bought two. But now the “new“ model is in much LARGER, heavier, higher up off the bed, harder. See photos comparing my old white one that works great, to the new weirdly, large version (gray, and white). Same ‘shape’ as before, but it’s now larger than the old KING-SIZE version of the previous pillow (which I got for my husband in 2023 when I got the old “queen“ size smaller one for myself). Why in the world did you make it so large and hard? Probably won’t work if you liked the smaller version before or if you are a smaller sized person.

I’ve struggled with neck pain for a while, and this cervical pillow has made a huge difference. The contour design supports my neck and keeps my spine aligned, which has really reduced my morning stiffness. The memory foam is firm enough to give proper support but still soft and comfortable. I also like that it works well whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. The pillow cover is breathable and easy to wash, which is a big plus. After a few nights of using it, I noticed I was sleeping more comfortably and waking up without neck pain.
