What can I say a graham cracker is a graham cracker well one thing I can add. An inexpensive graham cracker does not have to be a cheap one. These are tasty don’t fall apart like some brands I’ve used and very much a typical graham cracker, crunchy and delicious

These graham crackers are better than any "name brand" I've ever bought. Super in S'mores, cheesecake crusts, or just drenched with cold milk.

I ordered these for my husband, and he likes them. They taste good, and the price is right!

These are less crisp and have kind of mealy texture and taste as compared with the name brands — although I suspect that may be closer to the original graham crackers that were developed as a “health food”. The taste difference really doesn’t matter though if what you’re doing is making peanut butter crackers for kids. ( You might want to upgrade if you’re making s’mores with adults, but I think you can still get by. ) The one things I wish I could tell you is if they work well for graham cracker crusts. Unfortunately I haven’t tried it so I can’t say for sure, but I’m a little concerned that the comparative softness of these crackers might make for a mushy crust. I think I’d probably try to crisp them up a bit — maybe 5 minutes in a 300F oven — before I tried to grind them up.
