Merrell Women's Terran Lattice II Sandal

I never leave reviews for products even thought I read them all the time. Yeah, I'm that person, but these shoes deserve a review. I was looking for something waterproof and comfy to wear for a week at Disney World......sooooo much walking. 1. These did not require a break in period. I put them on the day before we left and wore them for a couple of hours just to see if there was any weird strap rubbing. Made some velcro adjustments at the end of the day and that was it. These have two velcro straps in the back and one over top that allow for great sizing. Plus, they look really cute with the small straps. 2. I have wide feet with little to no arch. When I try to wear shoes with arch support, they end up hurting my feet because it's like they are trying to make an arch. These did not do this. If you have a very high arch, these might not be the shoes for you. I also have somewhat wide feet. I don't have to order wide sizes in shoes, but not all shoes fit my foot width. These fit perfectly. That is why I chose "a little wide" on the sizing. If you have very narrow feet, I don't think these would work. Chacos have never worked for me because of my foot width and arch, but these were perfect. 3. I wore these everyday for 5 straight days of amusement park walking. I kept track on my watch and our lowest walking day was 14 miles and the highest was 22. My feet never hurt. The straps never rubbed. 4. The sole of the shoes are a very soft suede material. I worried about how that would do getting wet. They were never fully submerged, but they did get a little wet on a water ride. It didn't change the feel of the shoe at all. Also, they never smelled bad. I don't have smelly feet, but shoes can sometimes smell bad after getting wet. These did not do that. I think they would still be fine if they were fully soaked. Do yourself a favor. Buy these shoes.

Why don't more companies make comfortable, supporting sandals that aren't clunky and huge? I love these light sandals for walking around town, standing at a desk at work, or running errands. They are adjustable in nearly every way and fit perfectly. The bright pink is fun to wear with navy or black dresses at work. There is not a huge amount of support - it's not like you'll be walking on a pillow - but there is enough cushion, especially at the heel. Good traction too - something that is also missing in a lot of dressy, slim sandals.

I bought these after trying them on in a store and finding them cheaper on Amazon. I have a wide foot but find these to be not a big problem. I love all the adjustability though I wish the toe straps would adjust some. The back strap can come off entirely which is nice for those who don't always want to use them. Foot bed is very comfortable. The clasp is pretty fiddly and a pain to deal with but I am able to take these on and off without using it at all once I adjusted the velcro straps which is nice. I put them on the first day and wore them around for 6 hours to break them in and try them out for an upcoming Disney trip. The only problem I had was where they rubbed on my pinky toes a bit. I was able to get my toes out of the shoe and walk around like that a bit though it was a little weird. Now that I've worn them all day every day for a week and a half, the pinky toe issue doesn't really bother me. I think I just needed to develop that callous after wearing nothing but flip flops all summer. Arch support...There isn't really a traditional arch in the sandal. It would look weird if there was. But I do find that's supportive enough for me. I wear shoe arch inserts in some shoes but don't feel that I'm missing out by not having that high arch in these. They would be fine for people with both lower and higher arches. Definitely worth a try.

I read all the reviews and bought this for a trip to Portugal during the summer. People were very accurate! Pros: virtually no need to break these shoes, amazingly comfortable, arch support, have some grip that was great for the hilly streets of Portugal, great for thin feet. Cons: after 3 days of usage some of the Velcro lose a little strength but nothing terrible, I have seen this in other Velcro shoes like Tevas. They also started smelling :( so I had to give them a rest, and rotate other less comfortable shoes and not using them a full day in very hot weather and that actually helped. Final verdict: I would buy another pair in the future. Their comfort is amazing, but wouldn't rely fully on them for trips. Some people thought these were hiking shoes. Definitely not, the straps are too narrow and these wouldn't work for serious multi days hike in tough terrain, these are city or one day trip shoes. I would wish the straps were wider and maybe that the decorated one went away. Although they look nice, with these changes they could pass for more dressy shoes and it could be a multi use shoe. These are my favorite shoes in the entire world. I thought I lost them a few weeks after they arrived and was devastated. Absolutely devastated. I ordered another pair w/overnight shipping, because they are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Better than my running shoes, my walking shoes, my favorite slippers, my laziest flip flops. These are the best. I slip in and out of them effortlessly and still they fit amazing. At first wear they rubbed my ankles a bit but adjusting the velcro a touch totally missed that. These have inspired me to purge my entire shoe collection because I now know how shoes SHOULD feel. As someone with a wide forefoot, narrow ankles, and tiny toes I have never in my life had a shoe feel this good. Sure my pinky toe peeks out between the straps sometimes but whatever. Better than it being cramped in a toe box that's too narrow. These shoes make me contemplate moving back to california from the pacific northwest, because they'd sadly not be warm enough in the rainy icy winter.

Habe 2 Paar in verschiedenen Farben und bin super zufrieden. Da ich einen sehr schmalen Fuß habe, suchte ich Sandalen mit vielen Schnallen bzw. zum verstellen. Diese sitzen perfekt am Fuß, allerdings werden Sie nach der Zeit schon etwas weiter und viel mehr dürfte es dann auch nicht sein. Das Fußbett wirkt recht dünn (für eine geländegängige Sandale), aber ist dennoch super bequem. Trage die Schuhe bei der Arbeit, in der Stadt etc. und für eine Wandersandale wirkt sie angenehm zart. Im Gelände ist sie aber genauso toll zu tragen, sitzt fest am Fuß und mit den Profil rutsche ich sogar weniger als mit richtigen Wanderschuhen. Habe Sie sogar schon mehrfach in den Bergen gestestet. Wasser schadet nicht und nachdem man sie gewaschen hat, sehen sie aus wie neu. Farbe verblasst irgendwann etwas, finde aber, das ist normal. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass die Sandalen sehr leicht sind und man sie wunderbar verstauen kann. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen

Sono comodissimi li ho usati adesso in montagna per passeggiare anche su sentieri piani un po' sterrati e vanno bene anche su strade urbane o al parco in città o quando si cammina in generale. Suola bella rinforzata. Tengon bene il piede e son dotati di plantare comodissimo quindi il piede ci sta benissimo. Prendere il proprio numero perchè calzan giusto. Tenere presente che non van bene per piedi magri perchè han pianta larga quindi valutare questa cosa... non serve prendere il.numero in meno perchè è proprio una calzata giusta corrispondente al numero giusto... è proprio il sandalo fatto così a pianta larga. Devi avere il piede non magro. I cinturini son ben regolabili e tengon benissimo il piede. Molto soddisfatta. Se c'eran anche blu li avrei presi davvero. Aspetterò l'anno prox.

Perfectas, como siempre, tanto en número como en ancho: quien compra unas Merrell repite. Es mi segundo par a lo largo de los años y se han convertido en mis imprescindibles de verano. Tengo fascitis plantar y con éstas sandalias el pie no está comprimido y me rellena el arco, corrigiendo y amortiguando la pisada sin fastidiarme el trabajo postural que realizan las plantillas que uso con zapato cerrado. Son una gozada de cómodas, resistentes y totalmente todoterreno: van genial para el día a día, son apañadas si quieres ir un poco más arreglada y si sales de excursión al campo con pasarlas un paño húmedo vuelven a estar limpias. Seguiré confiándoles mis pies. La entrega impecable.

Buty bardzo wygodne, podeszwa amortyzowana, rozmiar zgodny z opisem. Ładny, ciekawy wzór i fajne kolory. Dobra regulacja. Buty są dość wytrzymałe i dobrze wyglądają po całym sezonie, kupiłam kolejne bo chcę mieć więcej kolorów.

I actually bought these to replace an identical pair in red that I had for 5+ years. They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. We are taking a trip to Disneyland. While I could have worn my ratty old sandals (they are still super comfortable, but I've worn them everywhere - gardening, swimming, you name it) but I wanted something that looked a little newer. I love this colour too! It is a neutral nude colour.
