Pickle Juice has helped me to both avoid and overcome muscle spasms when riding my road bike. Of the many formats available, the six ounce size is most convenient when riding but the twelve ounce format is the best value available at present. i would rather have purchased the product in the gallon size but it was not currently available. I was disappointed with the packaging this time since one bottle had leaked and had less than six ounces remaining. Fortunately, the paper used to fill the space in the carton was able to absorb the lost liquid.
