My Lymphedema therapist suggested using a vibration plate at home in between sessions. Due to my weight and injuries I use this plate seated with good results. Starting low and short, gradually increasing either vibrations or duration each session. I'm always itchy afterwards - a sign of the stagnant fluid moving and tissues healing. The remote is handy especially with injuries or mobility limitations.

We have been really pleased with this vibration plate and use it regularly. It works just as well as the more expensive ones and has plenty of settings. Very sturdy and the perfect size for everyone in oir family to use.

I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have been a wheelchair user for many years. I have a device that holds me up in a standing position so I can exercise some, but I'm still very limited. I must admit that I was very skeptical about this because it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I decided to try it anyway, because I love it. It's super easy to use and all I need to do is stand on it while it does its thing. It's a very strong vibration, but it's not unpleasant or anything. Afterwards, I feel like my muscles are invigorated and I have less pain. I also appreciate the higher weight limit. My husband is a big dude and he uses it as well. He has typical middle aged issues--- arthritis in his knees, lower back pain, obesity. It has helped him tremendously. He was in too much pain to exercise before this, but it has improved his muscle tone and helped his pain levels so he's more active overall.

This product helps me with my circulation in my legs…I tend to get Charlie horses every now and then and this machine really helps with that🙏
