Great customer service
I bought this vibration plate 6 months ago. I loved the ease of use & how it helped with balance. Recently, the power cord quit working. I contacted the seller & after verifying how it doesn't work, I was sent a new machine. I got the new one yesterday. I'm so excited to set it up and use it!

Helps with many things
Love this machine. Standing or sitting on it, it helps me relax & loosen up after a workout or just everyday life. I feel like it does help with circulation since the noticeable veins in the back of my knees have diminished significantly. I originally got it to try to help lymph drainage, which it seems to help with that, and all of the added benefits makes it so worth it. I have not had any troubles with this machine.

Great Vibration Plate, Crappy remote
I LOVE the vibration plate, it sucks that the remote doesn't work. Reached out to the company regarding but never heard back. The remote NEVER functioned properly so I have to manually turn it one while I'm on the plate. I checked for replacement remotes with no luck. You may be better off going the next model up. That remote (according to my friend who bought that one) actually works.
