it's really best and also in budget when i had a meal over 1.5k calories and have lot of carbs and i had to get to bed i take it or with smoothies it helps to digest all those extra calories and if u want u can eat for normal diet but i don't recomend if u can digest that without this coz why supplement yourself when u get something from food i eat whenever i wanna get less bloating and wanna bulk

Excellent product, does the job. Can feel the stomach on the lighter side. I combined it with a probiotic for better result.

Doesn't work at all. Had flatulence problem due to having protein shakes, continues despite single as well as double dosing these tablets. Absolute rip off.
