Review: Great Hydration - Wife loves the sugarfree lemon-lime flavor, works great, if i feel a leg cramp coming on I just down a bottle of water and a packet of liquid IV. Within 5 minutes my cramps are gone. Review: Work Great But Not For Heart Patients - These do a great job, but beware if you have a heart issue. Obviously they have a lot of sodium ( that's the point). Unfortunately, they aren't great for some folks. Make sure if you have heart failure or other similar problems that you check with a doctor before consuming. Turns out my 90 year old MIL didn't need to be using them. On a brighter note, the flavor is very nice and reminds me of a margarita!

Best price and it’s rare to find this flavor, it’s also rare to find sugar free. My favorite flavor and I use these every day!
