Great herb for general wellness.

It's delicious. At first, the earthy smell caught me off guard, but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I love it so much that I can't wait to have it every morning. I eat the dried spices as well. High quality ingredients 🥰

Bought it on sale. At that price point it was a good time to try a tea like this before investing in making it myself. While I can't speak to the health benefits yet, the tea is tasty and makes me feel good. The pyramid tea bags are stuffed with ingredients so you can make a very generous large cup/mug of tea. I like the Ziploc packaging, but I do cut and remove the contents out of the plastic tea bags. I understand why they were used, but perhaps the company could offer a loose leaf option instead?

Love this tea. Tastes great as is. No need for additional sweeteners. I have been drinking daily to assist with a detox/cleanse that I have been doing. Its has been a good support for my kidneys and energy as I detox.
