I'm a UK size 6.5 to 7 and the Medium fits very well. I'd say the M would be suitable up to a small 8. I tried these out today in my body balance class and they were really comfortable and stopped me from the usual sweaty slipping. They look cool too .... Very pleased with these and have returned to buy another 2 pairs.

I love these. I'm actually a guy sized 9 feet and the medium fit well (better than most of the mens socks I buy!). I'm an aerial acrobat specialising in aerial rope (Corde Lisse) and silks. I bought these after I saw a friend who wears these for training. They're ideal as they cover all the parts that often get burns during climbs/ankle hangs etc. whilst still allowing me the friction of bare feet. And I can still use my toes! Might not be the intended market, but these are definitely ideal rope socks!

Brilliant. Colour is fab. Don’t slip on the foot bar of Pilates reformer. Well fitting and haven’t lost any elasticity, but not too tight around the toes. Quick to put on. Get toes pedicured before wearing these!

I'm a size 40 and the socks a super comfortable and have a great grip! Rated them only a 4 as they do tend to slip off my heel sometimes as I'm actually practicing yoga, they could grip the ankle a little better

I have just discovered these! What a brilliant idea. No more slipping around on mats in your sports socks and they look really stylish too! I will be recommending them to my friends. They are comfortable and very good for your toes/feet, as they separate out your toes slightly to counteract the damage shoes do to them over time.

Perfect for my yoga class. Also wear them at home on wooden floor for added grip. Very comfortable between toes.

That's all I can say. HQ socks, I'm size 7,5- 8 and those socks size M fit me perfectly. They look stylish and made with organic cotton.

Love these for yoga as I usually find when I start sweating my feet slip. These allow the feet to breath and have a non slip base. Very comfortable and was delivered within the timescales given.

The material is a little thinner on these versus my older toe sox, but they're still great and very comfortable.
