THESE ARE GREAT.. look real , feel real, I use them for my RV in the woods!!! Been working so far!! Ididnt want to pay a monthly bill for a real camera for my RV Outside.. i Love the light too it makes it more realistic and I’ve put 2AA batteries in both and they haven’t run out it has been a few weeks and the red light is strong! I also love the stickers that say 24 hour surveillance recovering to let people know they are “ being watched” lol AWESOME PRODUCT,, $5 bucks just get them !!

Got these for my mom's house. She's been having people knocking at her door late at night and she's older so she's afraid to answer the door and rightfully so. Maybe this will deter people. Looks real, hope battery life is good.

I ordered two of these cameras to supplement my own Defender system of three real cameras. Can not beat the price. It is plastic but have to touch it to determine that, as it is metal painted plastic. Snaps together quickly, as some have mentioned this is not a $500 real camera, the pieces, especially the hood part are a little tricky to slide on. Have to slide from lens side and make sure the hood is exactly in the little grooves. One went on easily, one took a little juggling. Put this up to cover a spot in front of garage automatic door that now has pots and flowers on it. In past the neighborhood idiot has taken out aggressions on flowers and my real cameras guarded the backyard, my car, and let e monitor the alley. Rather than get a another real camera and mount outside and plug in thru garage, I took the cheapie approach. This will fool any flower killers that they are being watched and should not destroy my flowers or trespass. At 2:45 am this morning, I had the dog outside and my nasty neighbor slowed her car to look at all my new plantings in yard. She saw camera and quickly passed by on her way to work. Issue of red light has been mentioned in reviews. I base my opinion on my real cameras. When I walk into range, the red light shows which means it is recording. When I peek at this one, yup, the batteries show a steady red light just like a real camera. No one wants that so they would move out of range and not see the red light is steady. So I suggest buyers put the batteries in so it looks like it is recording. As noted, the "cord" is not quite long enough to stay in its slot when the camera is turned into a position that is off to side. One end is fastened securely, Other end is loosely slipped into a slot on camera post. When I mounted camera on my garage wall and extended it to cover around corner, the cord was over extended and did come loose. I simply tied a bit of wire on the loose end, pushed into slot and down to base. I fastened it around one of the screw holes and no more loose wire. I recommend everyone have a security camera system to monitor for vandals and trespassers. Good to have recording of such things. But fake camera like this can fill in the gaps without spending a lot of money.

I am so happy with this purchase. I have had real cameras in the past and the subscription and the cost of batteries is ridiculous! I have a set of stairs that lead to my apt only so I placed this at the top of the stairs. Its a perfect way to deter people from coming up the stairs that shouldn't. The camera looks real even as you get close to it. Highly recommend.

This camera system is spectacular. It literally takes 2 minutes to install and it DEFINATELY passes as the real deal. The red light blinking system really enhances the "realness" of this product. I was a bit worried about battery life as there is no on off switch for the blinking red light but several weeks in use and the batteries are still going strong. It is a great purchase and would definitely buy them again

It's not very believable, once mounted. Definitely looks cheap and fake. Would not recommend, and I won't buy another.
