There is nothing bad that can be said about the taste of this ...
Been drinking this for about 5 days, 2 cups a day. I look so forward to my tea each day, its almost the first thing on my mind when I wake up! The taste is mild, pleasant, delicious. I add a dash of stevia for sweetener. There is nothing bad that can be said about the taste of this tea. The smell is great as well. On to the results...my nails are showing white tops, and I JUST trimmed them a few days back! That is the only thing so far. I am anxiously awaiting hair and skin benefits. I have such high hopes for this magical tea, and I am so excited about it, more excited then I've been about any product in the past that I've tried. My mom is now drinking it, she is 82, and her hair has thinned in front to the point of being almost gone. I pray that this helps her regenerate stubborn hair follicles. I will let you know. As for me, I am 53, and a skin freak...lol.....that is, I do anything and everything to keep age away, phytoceramides, (they are DEF. helping tighten skin on face and backs of hands), New Cell collagen powder (add vit. c!) which made my hair stop shedding to the point of not shedding anymore at all, AND face exercises, every morning. YES, they have taken 10 years if not more off my face! I look early to mid forties most days, unless I am dehydrated, so DRINK a lot of WATER! Okay, have a great day, I'll update at the end of my month...! Update: It is 4/26/17. My nails are still stronger and a little longer than they usually are. My hair is growing a LOT quicker than it normally does. And my skin looks great! I don't look twenty yet..lol...but I am hopeful! I think everyone should try this tea. There are benefits to be had for all, and you will thoroughly enjoy the taste, and the relaxation.

I have very fine, straight hair and incredibly brittle nails (they peel ...
I've been using this tea for about 2 months now. Here's some history on me: I have very fine, straight hair and incredibly brittle nails (they peel when they get any longer than 1/4cm). First I noticed the difference in my nails - they were able to grow longer before they would begin peeling, so I was able to have the length of nails I've always desired. They also didn't bend backwards and break as easily as before (AKA changing my linens no longer breaks my nails lol). I did notice that my hair has become very sleek, shiny, and stronger. I did not notice just how big the change was until I started receiving compliments and was being asked what I'm doing for my hair. In the last two months it has grown about an inch and has become significantly thicker. It usually takes me about 3-4 months to grow an inch. The taste isn't bad either. I'd compare it to green tea, so if you like green tea you'll have no problems with the taste of this. I noticed a lot of people complained about the packaging - if you're not careful, yes you WILL rip the tea bag. However, 1. I just shake the tea bag so that it falls to the bottom and rip the top open carefully. 2. If you do rip the bag, there's not need to throw it out .The contents fall to the bottom within 5 minutes and unless you stir with a spoon they will stay at the bottom. Overall, I love this tea and will continue buying it from this seller.

Bamboo tea does more than just help your hair
I prefer to get my supplementation from food sources as much as possible, and this tea does not disappoint. I started drinking bamboo tea a couple of months ago in order to repair my damaged hair. I had worn my hair in the same style too long, and it started to fall out and look dry. I came across bamboo as a supplement source when I looked up hair regrowth without supplementing biotin(which makes me break out). While I had some success with bamboo supplements, my use of this tea has provided me with benefits I was even expecting. Not only did I see new hair growth and improvement in the quality of my hair, I also saw the following: improvement in skin tone and texture, improved nail quality, and even an improvement in the quality of my teeth and gums. This tea does all of that, and it is far more cost effective than the numerous hair growth supplements out there. I drink this in 30 day increments. One bag, twice a day, for 30 days, then I take a week or two break. The other huge benefit of this tea is the high silica content without the adverse side effects that plague other natural sources. Horsetail extract doesn't have nearly the amount of silica that bamboo does, AND it can cause liver damage. This tea also has a mild, yet pleasant taste, but if you plan on sweetening it, do it with something that also has health benefits, like raw, locally-sourced honey. If you are attempting a more natural approach to health and wellness, try to go to the food source as much as possible. It is far more affordable, and it'll help you to get all the benefits of health and beauty. Holistic health does not need to break the bank, and this tea is an excellent example of that.

Great High Quality Bamboo Tea Can’t Wait To See Results...
The order arrived faster than promised and the product is beautifully packaged. Really high quality all around and exactly what I had hopped for. Although I’m not a big tea drinker, the taste is very mild and more than tolerable if it delivers even a third of the hair and skin benefits that bamboo tea is supposed provide. It reminds me of the weaker oolong that is served in a lot of traditional Chinese restaurants, which is a good thing as that was always my favorite tea. While the bags only make one maybe two cups, I feel it is still a good value overall for what you pay. Nonetheless, I will probably only reorder if I see some noticeable difference; however, for someone who loves tea this could be a great daily blend regardless. I will edit my review once the 30 day challenge is over to reflect my personal experience.

High quality and luxurious packaging
Great in color with a lovely taste. I’ve noticed my hair growing faster than usual. I’ve been drinking several cups per day, because I really love it. It’s been about a month. I reuse the same teabag for about three cups. I don’t mind when it gets weaker. I put the finished teabag on a saucer to dry. Each day I add the teabags to the plate and then I put them all in a pot the night before I wash my hair. After my bath, I do a final rinse on my hair with this water. You can add a bit of rosemary or other essential oil as well. Why not use it all? The teabag is a luxurious material, individually packaged so you can take it with you and you can clearly see the bamboo twigs. I bought a different brand when this was out of stock and it paled in comparison in every way, The packaging, teabag and the actual tea inside. It was very fine, chopped herb. Thankfully, this one came back in stock and I put the other one in the back cabinet for hard times. I highly recommend this tea.

No more naked eyelids!
Been drinking this daily for about 3 months now. No joke, I had like, 5 eyelashes on each of my lower eyelids. Notice I said had - past tense - because Beautifully Bamboo fixed that! I originally ordered a bag of BB tea when I heard about the benefits of the natural silica it contained. I also wanted some sort of warm drink to start my day, but hot chocolate gives me stomachache, coffee makes me unbearably dizzy, and tea makes me run to the bathroom. I tried some of those fruit flavored, uncaffeinated teas, but the taste....*shudder*.... and I'm not about to dump a bunch of sugar/honey/sweetener in there first thing in the morning. Then I found Beautifully Bamboo. LOVE the taste, and unless you count full lashes and strong nails as unwanted side effects, there aren't any. I ran out of my first bag after like, a week, because I couldn't get enough. Picked up some Uncle Lee's bamboo tea to tide me over. DON'T DO IT. Bland, bland, bland! And gave me stomach upset after a few days. Makes me wonder just how 'organic' it really is. Pay extra and stick with Beutifully Bamboo, people. This stuff is the real deal.

A Good Investment! **Repeat Customer**
For some time, I heard about the benefits of bamboo leaf tea and hair growth. Last month, I finally decided to give this product a try. My order arrived on time and in good condition. As per instructions, I drank a cup of tea every day until I ran out. Prior to, my hair was already in great condition. I have naturally thick, relaxed hair. When I first started drinking this tea, my hair was bra strap length. I really wanted to get optimal results, so before conducting my little experiment, I put my hair in box braids. During the week, I oiled and massaged my scalp with a mixture of rosemary and castor oil, and washed my scalp 1-2 weeks with a sulfate-free shampoo. Within one week, I noticed growth to the front edges of my hair. And as time went on, my new growth of hair rapidly grew out of the braids. I had to keep using edge tamer and gel throughout my hair to keep my braids looking cute lol. By the end of my experiment, when I took out my braids, I was truly amazed at how my hair felt! Like I said, my hair is already pretty thick, but my gosh, it was even THICKER than normal. Honestly, I expected to see results, but I was not expecting for it to get so THICK. (But I love it!) I haven't touched up my hair as yet, but I did an unofficial length check and now my hair is middle back length. 🤗🤗 For the last week, I've been letting my hair breathe from the braids. I've been keeping it in a bun and it was a CHALLENGE getting it up into one. Usually I wouldn't have to touch up my hair with gel or edge tamer until a few days, but my hair didn't last a day in the bun! Yes, my hair definitely did grow, but I'm more impressed with the thickness this product give me! **Please note, as I have mentioned, my hair was already pretty healthy. I typically wash and deep condition 1-2 a week. I oil and massage my scalp with a homemade oil mix. I do not drink sodas and rarely drink juice. Water is 95% of what I typically drink. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, and oats. I also exercise 4-5 times a week. I take a liquid supplement once a day.** I'm pretty consistent with my routine and that alone produces consistent results. My hair typically grows anywhere from 3/4 inch to an inch a month, steadily. Now, with the bamboo leaf tea, I've noticed a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 inches a month. My goal is waist length (and probably longer lol), so I will continue to incorporate this product in my regime. Thanks again for a great product!

Great results but rising cost and horrible packaging
I will say that I've been buying the bamboo tea from this seller for quite some time now. My main focus for drinking it, is clear skin and hair growth. I notice if I drink it consistently, my hair shedding is cut down significantly. It still sheds, but there is no longer a ball of hair in the shower drain after I wash my hair. It gives the skin a beautiful smooth texture and a nice glow. Reminds me of how my skin looks like when I drink green tea on a regular basis. The taste is fine especially if you add some stevia drops. I usually brew it with one of my flavored green teas. The reason why I gave it less than 5 stars is for the price and package quality. It used to be around 12 dollars with free shipping with the tea bags not individually wrapped. It's now 15 dollars plus shipping and that equals to 20 dollars now. I understand that we all have to hustle but don't increase the price and your tea bags keep falling apart. You have to shake each bag before you open it so the actual tea bag settles at the bottom. Otherwise you will both rip the outside packaging and the tea bag together. Last time I purchased, the seller sent 10 free extra tea bags and a plastic holder for ripped tea bags. That has stopped now. Interesting enough, the most recent bamboo tea purchase I made has tea bags that leak and only last for one tea brew. I used to get 4 uses out of a bag and that made up for the increasing price. The actual tea bag packaging is so flimsy and low quality that the tea granules spill everywhere, no matter how careful you are. I'm really disappointed. If the seller can fix this issue, I would definitely recommend.
