I never ever write reviews but I feel I needed to write one for these. I'm a diabetic and I need good shoes especially to work in well I got these because the reviews I read about these seemed promising. I was excited when they arrived. Turned out I'd be very disappointed. The left shoe fit perfectly but the right shoe was very tight on my toes. So I just took one the soles of the shoes and put them in my old work shoes. So basically all I needed was new soles. In a nutshell I paid $44 dollars for some soles I'll never buy or recommend anything from this brand

I have worn these hiking shoes on city streets with some light snow. So far, I am very impressed. Feeling the shoes, themselves, they are noticeably sturdier than my normal shoes or sneakers. The traction is great for slippery situations. They also keep my feet warm and dry in temperatures in the 20s and on streets that are damp from snow. When I wear these shoes, I do not feel unstable, when I would in my normal shoes. As for size, they are slightly larger that a pair of slip-on shoes, but noticeable smaller and shorter than HUMTTO’s hiking boots. (See the attached picture. The shoes are standard and HUMTTO shoes are black. The boots are navy blue). They’re also very easy to clean in a shower or deep sink since they are waterproof. A few hours after running under water, the shoes are dry.

I came across these shoes when looking for something to help easy some of my back pain. I really like the look of them, and had such high hopes that they'd be comfortable and help with my back pain. The let down was significant... So, the look of these shoes is really appealing. They look comfortable, well-designed, and sleek. I thought they'd be the perfect addition for me. The shoes are very nice looking; however, they do not fit well at all. When you put the shoes on you 'spill out' of the top -- I.e. the tongue of the shoe folds up, significantly. This means that, even though they're the right size, they don't fit. I tried wearing them multiple times before just giving up. The sole of the shoe isn't uncomfortable, and they do look nice. However, having the tongue up so high, the laces tied over gaps between the tongue and the shoe, and the discomfort that comes with that, just left me overall unhappy. These may be good for someone with smaller feet. They just didn't work for me.

If your priority for is waterproof shoes, do not buy these. They are only water resistant. They are, though, very comfortable, great to hike in with good support and excellent tread. I was so disappointed when I wore them in the rain and ended up with very cold, wet feet.
