Riecht staubig und Farbe geht ins grau. Ist das überhaupt Zimt? Auf keinen Fall echter Ceylon Zimt!

Like that the Ceylon cinnamon is better quality to the usual one. Found it to be so fine that it doesn't dissolve, or when added directly, it clumps up and have to use spoon to crush the clumps. Apart from this it has a distinct soft aroma and I didn't notice it to be very strong in flavour - but it is the quality type of cinnamon.
