Now that's customer service ### ⭐ Usability is not a strong suit *by B***O on March 7, 2026* If you don’t broadcast your WiFi SSID, this thing cannot find nor connect to the network even if you add the network manually. Once you are connected to WiFi and you connect to your car’s port, it will try and fail to have you login to be able to use the diagnostics. No clue how I managed to get around this, but I finally got the code read and cleared. This unit is the least user friendly obd2 setup I’ve had the misfortune of using.
