I’ve tried several 40% urea creams before, but this brand has honestly become my favorite. I first bought the stick balm and it worked so well that I’m already on my second one. It’s incredibly effective — I was dealing with cracked heels, and within about three days the dryness and cracks were completely gone. The results were fast and noticeable. I also decided to try the jar version, and while it’s good, the stick balm is much better in my opinion. It’s easier to apply, mess-free, and works beautifully on heels, elbows, legs, and any dry patches. The texture absorbs nicely and leaves the skin soft and smooth. Super highly recommended — especially the stick version. It’s a lifesaver for dry or cracked skin.

Excellent cream. I used to get a Urea cream from my dermatologist but i prefer this one since it is compounded with Shea and other ingredients that mitigate the inevitable tackiness of urea and add to the softening nature of it. I see other comments about stickiness but any heavy urea cream is going to have this to some extent. But for extreme cracking and dryness you need that ingredient.

Works amazing!! Not too thick. Consistency is perfect. I use it at night to improve foot moisture and reduce cracking.

Perfect for keeping all the calloused skin away. It does leave a film on your hands so I wouldn’t recommend it for your hands but highly recommend for feet. Worked perfectly for keeping my feet moisturized with no cracking.

I started using the OUKEYA 40% urea cream for very dry skin on my feet and hands, and it’s been surprisingly effective. This is definitely a strong cream, but in a good way. You can tell right away that it’s meant to actually treat rough, cracked skin instead of just temporarily moisturizing it. The texture is thick but not greasy, and it absorbs better than I expected. I usually apply it at night and put on socks or cotton gloves, and by morning my skin feels noticeably softer and smoother. After just a few uses, the rough areas on my heels and hands improved a lot. There’s no strong or unpleasant smell, which I really appreciate, especially for something you might use daily. A little goes a long way, so the jar should last a while. If you have very sensitive skin, this is probably something to ease into, but for stubborn dryness, it does exactly what it claims. Overall, this is a solid, effective cream for anyone dealing with very dry, rough skin. It’s not fancy, but it works — and that’s what matters most.

This was my second purchase of this cream. I never finish a lotion/cream product, but definitely did this one. Works great for dry, cracked heels. A layer of Urea Cream, followed by some pure lanolin or Bag Balm makes perfectly soft feet.

I was really impressed with how well this worked! I've never used urea-based products before and was a bit nervous it would smell or burn, but it didn't. It had a nice neutral aroma, was thick and creamy, and was soothing to the skin. I will be buying this again

Works as advertised. I use it on my legs and feet a few times a week. Moisturizes like nothing else and effectively removes callouses over time. Will continue to use this product. Does not leave a white cast to skin like some other urea products. Product is just the right thickness, quality consistent over the 4 times I’ve bought this product. Scent is very light and pleasant.

This cream is magic. My feet never looked better and that only after 2 uses. The package is quite small so its an expensive cream. But definitely worth it.

Die Creme wirkt super gegen trockene Haut. Ich habe schon immer das Problem mit sehr trockener Haut an den Ellbogen und diese Creme ist nach vielen Jahren Suche die beste, die ich je hatte. Sie ist von der Konsistenz her leicht und zieht schnell ein, die Wirkung spürt man sofort. Der Geruch ist angenehm und sehr zart, keine allergischen Reaktionen an den Händen. Ich benutze die Creme seit einer Woche 1-2 x täglich und die trockenen Stellen am Ellbogen sind viel besser geworden. Preis ist auch okay, weil die Creme sehr ergiebig ist. Ich werde keine andere Creme mehr verwenden und bin restlos begeistert, weil ich ehrlich gesagt, nicht viel erwartet habe.
