These vs cushion pads for pull up bars
It is what is shown in the picture Gripping is fine Does not slid Along with it , i aslo bought cushion pads which i think i prefer more for comfortably holding on to my pull up bar. Buth those will jot last long These will

Not as expected, I got these for pull up but it doesn't provide firm grip however its good for lifting dumbell and barbells
