Anahid's Gourmet Cookbook Hardcover – September 1, 2012

Bought this book for my daughter for Christmas. Having been raised with Armenian and Lebanese cooking ,my children and their spouses love the dishes I prepare. Anahid's book adds many recipes that they aren't familiar with and will want to explore. The pictures are beautiful and the recipes easy to follow.

wonderful cookbook. It has all different types of recipes from around the world. I love it and sent one to my son who loves to cook

I still don't really know how to cook, but I'm learning. This book is close to Lebanese cooking, but not perfect. I may not know how to cook, but I do know when something's altered for this century and I always have my mom (and sister) to fall back on to ask if it's how mom made it.

This book is amazing and has tons of different dishes!It is modern, easy to use and very resourceful I thinkanybody interested in Middle Eastern Cuisine should get this book.

The one I purchased came and was a badly damaged misprint with a tear going through the middle pages from the thread binding being in the wrong place and some pages that were double printed. I returned that copy because paying 6 times the retail price for something in such bad condition does not make sense. I did learn from the Armenian bookstore in CA that the book has been reprinted and will be available in the early summer of 2024 so please don't waste your money on an over priced used copy that's being sold by non middle-eastern profiteers.The book itself is a treasure if you are looking for armenian and lebanese recipes and a wonderful addition to any collection. I'm excited for the reprint and to have a fresh copy of my own.

Clear yummy recipes. Am planning to buy more as Christmas gifts for my sisters. There is a good range of recipes some are difficult but most are simple easy to make.

A friend bought this book at a higher rate so I went onto amazon and found it cheaper. Even with shipping it still was cheaper. It took a little long about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive but it was in great shape.

The book said excellent condition it was just OK. Some pages were dirty. Love the book just wish it was in better condition.
