Research your ingredients first.

The book is layed out nicely and gives you instruction on how to make the smoothies and nutritional information is given,however, Worryingly many of the smoothies that they list recommend using FLAX SEEDS. Consider an alternative as FLAX SEEDS are very very high in phytoestrogens and that is not good IMO.

Great book.

I have had this a few months now. Really a good book, but as I'm on a fodmap diet, I haven't used it yet. I made from scratch, Carrot and coriander soup, with green stalks from the spring onions. Very nice too.

What about about nutrient book? It’s easy on the very colourful to step-by-step and made it seem so easy and it was easy to make the items that you wanted. I said you recommend it.
