Wonderful product!!!!!! Fresh and obviously harvested, wrapped, shipped and received expeditiously. This was a top quality asparagus. I will definitely go to this company again!!! They included information for planting. I prepared the bed and planted day after received. New growth on ALL of it........healthy, ferny new buds cropping up. Can't wait to harvest...............but not this year! Thank you for doing business with good farmers!

For mail order plants & putting me ahead of the game. Most made it alive. And just saying, I didn't have time to plant them right away so I put them in water on my window and they sprouted. Planted them today with 7 in stalks from the window for 3 weeks. Excellent work! <3

All of the sprouted and are thriving. They are tender and delicious. I like them so much, I ordered 10 more and they too are thriving!

I bought this because a YouTube channel recommened it. He has since apologized. It's okay if they come from China. They were labeled with what looked like Chinese writing and nothing else, but I can't be sure. But that's what it looked like to me. They came in a package that was overstuffed and so had broken open. They were loose in unraveled plastic wrap with dirt everywhere. How pathetic that they don't even take the time to package any better than that? Perhaps they will read this review and use it as a learning experience. They weren't worth sending back so I've had them in the ground for about 10 weeks in excellent pH-controled, moisture-controlled, nutrient-controlled soil with ideal lighting. They are **sickly** **spindly** and **scrawney**. In my opinion, this isn't a bad product; it's an absolute joke. Where did all those good reviews come from? (And yes, I've grown asparagus before; I know what I'm doing.)

Asparagus isn't a sprint—it's a marathon. These roots came healthy and ready to go. All 10 sprouted after planting, and they seem to love well-draining soil. It's been a little over a year since we bought 20 crowns from this vendor. The plants are growing beautifully and the taste of the asparagus is absolutely mind blowing. We decided to order another 20 crowns. My order took only two days from the time of ordering to my front steps. Granted, I live in the same state, but that was fast turnaround on the vendor's part. The crowns of asparagus from both orders arrived in great shape. The only fear you should have about ordering these crowns is your soil. Provided with good soil, you will have some of the best tasting asparagus you will ever eat. Being a veteran myself, makes me glad to support this veteran owned company.
