Works well - Premium product
Box is nice and comes wrapped in plastic. Each pouch contains 2 patches for a total of the claimed 100mg caffeine. So use both for full effect or 1 patch for half. They come on a peel-able plastic sheet so you can just use 1 at a time if you’d like. They have the feel of one of those flexible rubber bandaids. Medium thickness and adhere really well. To be honest i just pressed it on my upper shoulder and went on and it was stuck on there good. I didn’t spend more than a second pressing it down. When i peeled it off it took a few of the tiny hairs with it so the instructions for upper arm use are good. If you put it somewhere where there’s a lot of hair it would likely reduce effectiveness and then rip all the hair off. The patch left some redness when taking off but i think it’s from tearing off the patch so i won’t knock rating. No welting or weird reactions on me. Went to bed late last night and had to wake up early. I put 1 patch on each arm above the shirt line and i do actually feel like i drank a coffee. I didn’t have a whole lot of hope because this is the first time ive used something like this but it worked. Hard to determine value but i did find a competitor at about a little over half price but less claimed caffeine and hit or miss reviews. It feels like a product i would use in a pinch or occasionally when i don’t feel like drinking coffee or tea so with that in mind id probably sometimes use 2 and sometimes 1. So for the $24.50 price tag i’d feel comfortable paying that. It’s perhaps slightly on the premium end though. Either way, good to go to give it a shot.

Works Very Slowly
This product works very slowly. I wore two patches at the same time and felt nothing until hours later. I have a low tolerance to caffeine as well since I do not drink it because I have digestion issues, that's why I bought this product. I do know what a working patch should feel like because this product works https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J0ZIX7I but it's out of stock.

Not as advertised
They aren’t water resistant. They come off in the shower. They also really don’t work very well. I’m wearing three patches right now and feel zero boost. Don’t waste your money.

Very very sticky, but effective
Caffeine Patch 100mg There are fabulous for an afternoon pick-me up. The caffeine disperses quickly, and I'm not left feeling jittery. Since it's per packet, I like taking the individual 50mg patch for the midday boost. The adhesive is very strong, and I have sensitive skin so I did have a very mild rash from the adhesive, but nothing out of the ordinary for me. I also see these being great for car rides, as drinking coffee demands regular bathroom breaks, while these do not. I would recommend

Not great
I've tried virtually every type and strength of caffeine that's out there, including many various pre-workouts, breathable caffeine, caffeinated granola bars, you name it. So when I saw caffeinated patches of course I had to try them! I tried one midday one day and became substantially more tired over the course of the day--so that wasn't great. So then I decided I *have* to know if they work. So the next day I ditched my morning tea/coffee and instead I immediately slapped 4 patches (200mg) on, two on each upper arm, and tried to let that wake me up. I did eventually feel like I had taken enough caffeine that day, but it took about 6 hours total. So it is not really a good choice for daily caffeine, but maybe something like a long road trip. Aside from my experience, the description of these says "highly caffeinated" and the packets say "instant energy." These are absolutely neither. One patch is 50mg of caffeine, which is objectively not "highly caffeinated." The packets also say "effective for 8 hours," which unfortunately doesn't refer to the half-life but rather the absorption rate. They, like most other patches, take a LONG time to absorb. So the claim of "instant energy" is exceedingly false. So all-in-all they take forever to absorb and are very weak. So I gave them 2 stars for being nothing like advertised. HOWEVER they're not terrible, and I could see some use to them. If they doubled the amount (30 pouches) and maybe lowered the price I'd consider getting them again.

Can't tell if it actually works
There's no way to really tell if this product actually works. You do not get any sensation of having caffeine intake.

Perks me up
I've had a while to use this and overall think the quality is quite nice for the price point. The caffeine really perks me up and lasts for hours. There certainly are other options out there that may be better, and also pricier, but given this met my expectations I would consider it a very nice value.
