This comes as it looks and I guess would work for most. My only issue is that it is small for me. I am 6'3" and the board as it is makes the hand grips way too narrow, even at the outer settings. Maybe i can rig up something as a filler for the middle as the two sides do separate. Also the grips are slippery, there is no padding or otherwise on the grips.

Great workout easy to use. It works for me, definitely built muscle.

These have the most uncomfortable grips imaginable, hard to do even a single set of pushups without hurting your hands
