What a great product. The gummies taste really nice and have the added bonus of actually working. I’ve been taking the gummies for a few days and I am already finding it easier to get to sleep. Highly recommend for anyone struggling to get to sleep.

I think these do aid sleep. They seem to calm your head, therefore aiding sleep. I get about 2 hours of deep sleep with them when I first go to sleep, but then I do wake up. However, I’ve noticed recently since taking them I do get back to sleep easier than before.

Got these for my children who have sleep issues.. apparently they tasted nice but they didn't work.

I had high hopes for these and while they do taste great, fruity and not overly sweet I found I needed to take double the recommended dose (4 gummies instead of 2) to feel any real effect. Even then, the sleep support was pretty mild compared to other brands I’ve tried. They might work well if you only need a gentle nudge to unwind, but if you struggle with more persistent sleep issues, these may not be strong enough. Pros: – Great taste – Easy to chew and digest – No grogginess in the morning Cons: – Had to take more than the recommended dose – Not as effective as other sleep gummies I’ve used Bottom Line: A decent option for light sleep support, but I personally need something a bit stronger. These might be better suited to people who just need help winding down, rather than deeper sleep aid
