I love this hand blender! I use it every morning to mix butter into my coffee. If you don't blend it really good, it just melts and floats on top. Using this powerful blender has been a game changer! We've been using it about two weeks on the first charge and it still shows 4 lights (as if fully charged) - so seemingly will last a long time between charges. If you need something a little better than a $5 milk frother to mix your coffee, this is the blender for the job.

love the cordless! It's so nice not to have to make sure the cord is out of the way. I made mashed potatoes using the ricer attachment and also the whisk. the best mashed potatoes I've ever made...so fluffy

Battery came with zero-25% charge, which is very low for a newly shipped Li-ion battery, perhaps suggesting overheating in storage. Charged to 100% on day one but did not use. Tested in day 3 and already 50% of the charge is gone. What use is a cordless kitchen device if you have to charge it for 1-2h before use because it does not hold a charge?? Li ion batteries for DIY use typically hold a charge for a LONG time, as they should. This is very bad. Incidentally, the box was crushed in shipping and the Ricer I bought along side was shoved into an envelope that was so small it was not closed and stuck out the top. There doesnt seem to be anyway to contact the vendor so I guess I will return.

This is a consumer review. I’m not an influencer or paid reviewer. I’m reviewing the Zwilling Xtend hand blender for every home cook whose immersion blender cord isn’t long enough to reach from the outlet to the soup pot on the stove. It’s also for all you cooks who are vexed when trying to clean your immersion blender because the shaft/blades do not detach from the motor for cleaning. You can now get the convenience and power you’ve wanted in an immersion blender. I’ve used consumer-type corded and cordless immersion blenders for 25 years. My Zwilling Xtend hand blender has all the others beat hands down. It’s light weight, powerful, something older cordless blenders are not, and cleans easily, something my old corded immersion blender definitely was not. I love how easily and quickly it purées a pot of soup on the stove or a pesto in the blender cup provided. I’ve been using it on most everything I’d use my countertop blender for except crushing ice. The Xtend hand blender performance has been outstanding. It charges quickly and has a much longer run-time than you could possibly need for a single session of home cooking. I’ve used it multiple times and have yet to recharge it. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, namely quality German engineering and design. If you decide to buy the Xtend, congratulations. I’m confident you will be as pleased with it as I am.
