Overall the back pack is comfortable and works very well for the commute to work. Couple adjustments I would suggest though: - invert the velcro patches that secure the laptop: the way it's mounted, it's slowly damaging the net pocket in front of the scratchy patch. Inverting would prevent this - the form factor of the lunch box should be rotated 90° to fit the compartment in th bag. if you make sure to align it, it means your food is on the side instead of upright. - a chest strap would help with the comfort carying the backpack.

Water resistant. Big enough for a 17” laptop and my textbook and notebook. Lots of useful compartments to stay organized, and the price is great! The bag arrived on time and just as cute as pictured. I love it! The security / lock up top is a plus! Update: it’s October 10, 2025! I just wanted to say that this backpack has been on several domestic airline trips and one international trip, carrying a 17” and 12” laptop plus my iPad, Mouse, notebooks along with anything I needed in a carryon during my trips, and it has been a marvelous experience! It’s easy to wipe and keep clean! And if you shorten the straps it makes it easier to carry when it’s heavy. I also use this bag every day for school during active semesters. The bag still looks great! No tears or holes! No loss of color! (I did not receive this bag for free for a review. I paid for it outright and am receiving no benefits for my comment. I just want people to know it’s a strong bag, easy to clean, helps you organize your things well! And is TSA friendly!)

Beautiful design, made well, lots of storage. Doesn’t show dirt or sweat/rain stains.
