great quality for sourdough
these are hard to find in stock at my local store. they are more expensive than other brands, but the quality is great. i make sourdough bread and go through a lot of bread flour.

My cottagecore dreams are stressing me out
I impulsively bought this 4-pack because I decided at 2 AM that I was going to become a person who bakes their own bread. The flour is amazing, honestly. My first loaf actually looked like food instead of a brick, which is a miracle. It really does make a huge difference compared to the cheap stuff I usually buy. But I severely underestimated how much 12 pounds of flour is. It is taking up my entire shelf and staring at me judgementally. Also, when I opened the first bag, it exploded a cloud of dust into my face and for a second I looked like a Victorian ghost haunting my own kitchen. 4 stars because the flour is great but now I have to bake until I die just to get rid of it.

Great flour quality
In my opinion Bob's red mill is superior to any bread flour that is now available in today's market's, and I have tried them all you get wonderful oven rise and great home baked flavor with this flour.
