This is such a great ice maker. After figuring out what kind of ice you want to make it’s amazing. Takes 8-10 minutes to make a batch of ice. Holds about 20-25lbs of ice but if you need ice for camping or whatever in large quantities this is the machine. I bought 20lb bags and can fill one after a couple hours. Store them in the freezer and never pay for ice at the store again

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ICE MAKER! We bought this unit in July of 2026 and it has leaked puddle of water onto our kitchen floor ever since we've had it im writing this reveiw in Oct of 2026! And before you say its not installed correctly... it is! This issue is not the drain hose it is leaking somewhere internally enough that it even caused damage to my kitchen floor! I bought a silicone drain pan to put underneath it thinking surely it was maybe just condensation and not very much water but no its enough water that it will fill the drain pan within a week's time. I am past my 30 day return window so im sure its my problem now but sure sucks considering I paid almost 300 for it and it is impossible to speak with anyone at vevor i have emailed and reached out to their chat several times! No number to call for vevor either!

Ok so I ordered this Vevor brand because a couple of item's I've purchased has been from that brand and they work just fine. This is the 130lbs per 24 hour's. It arrived much faster than I figured. **TIP** [After placing in it's location you need to leave stand up right for a minimum of 24 hour's BEFORE plugging it in] I have the water going through 3 different filters. First one is a chlorine blocker. Second is Bone Char (a carbon blocker) and the third one is another carbon blocker, but it is from coconut shell. Once plumbed up, I ran an extra cleaning with the tub plug removed. This kept the water running continously, draining the tub into the storage area and then out the drain. Hopefully removing any debris or left over oils from manufacturing. I did that for 25 minutes. This unit is placed inside my garage up on a make table. I have it draining into a 5 gallon water bottle. Once the cleaning routine was done, I cranked it all the way up to make the thickness ice cubes that it can. I have notice they are THICK and because of that they don't break apart easily. However this isn't an issue for me it is perfect! I love the LED Blue light feature. So far, so good. Hoping this last a long time. It is very easy to set up and use. Instructions are clear. Only issue I had was the temperature is in Celsius. Now I know how non Americans feel when buying American products LOL.

Had some difficulty with setup : - The drain must be below the ice maker and I needed to buy a pump to lift the drain water to the elevated drain. 15 Volt, 65 GPH, 1/50 HP Automatic Condensate Removal Pump was the solution. - Water was spraying all over the interior, it appears an internal hose was not seated properly at the factory, only needed to be placed properly to work. - Had to purchase a fitting for the water inlet hose that matched my water input and filter - Quick Connect Faucet Adapter, 1/4 to 3/4 Hose Adapter - A water filter is recommended, I purchased - Amazon Basics Inline Water Filter, 20-Micron Sediment Filter, Reduces Bad Taste, Portable, 1350 Gallons, 2-Pack - The setup on the panel was difficult as the few buttons and simple display. Figured it out and got it running. Conclusion - additional parts may be required based on your water/waste configuration. I put mine near the washing machine to use the 3/4 hose water and drain, perfect location for me. Pros : - Filled container overnight ( about 12 hours ) , quite large capacity. - Very quiet if not close to it - Ice stays cold and doesn't recycle or drain. - Steel exterior - Perfect solution for making ice in volume, when the fridge/freezer cannot. Easy supply for coolers and water containers that need volume. Summary - despite the issues, extra expenses, the very low price of a "commercial" type ice maker is what I've been looking for..

I bought a new fridge 2 years but it doesn't make enough ice big fridge too. in door ice maker. only two of us not enough ice! Well this machine makes tons of ice and quickly! I didn't like the controls at first but once set no problem. I have so much ice don't even run it at night! So far so good! Good purchase.

This commercial ice maker has been a great addition. It produces ice much faster than I expected, and the storage bin holds plenty of ice to keep up with family gatherings, parties, or everyday use. The claims about 16 and 30 pounds of ice in the bin are bogus. I take ice out of my unit morning and evening, when I head to work, and when I return. Because of the way the ice fall switch works, I never have more than 10 pounds in the bin. Usually closer to 8. I have an older unit made by a different manufacturer. Every morning and evening, it has 20 pounds of ice in the bin. When I read that this unit had a 30 pound bin, I said great. I didn't understand that the bin holds 30 pounds, ONLY if you are there several times a day to move the ice away from the ice fall switch. I tired to return it, but since I'd already discarded the packaging, I didn't. NOT a great choice if you're going to empty the bin just twice a day.

Works great, we actually ended up installing it in a commercial location. We did not realize we had to have a drain (floor drain) and water line. Have buy a different one at home unless you are prepared to install a water line and drain. Again works awesome, but be aware of the install procedures.

It works great but the light is not working inside

La compré el 8 de julio y hasta ahora 10 de septiembre 2026 estoy muy satisfecha con ella. La he estado utilizando constantemente y ha funcionado muy bien en mi cafetería. Hace el hielo rápido, cumple con lo que promete y hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema. Espero que siga así por mucho tiempo. Por ahora, excelente compra y totalmente recomendable.
