We haven’t gotten tested for the MTHFR mutation gene but my husband, myself, and our kids all have signs of it so I went ahead and got these vitamins because they already have methylated versions of folate and B vitamins to make sure we are getting the absorption we need whether we have it or not! They also taste good, my kids love them, and I feel like the price is pretty good too!

He has always taken a multivitamin, but no other multi vitamin that we've tried (from Walmart) has offered ALL of the ingredients listed above (especially Omega3). Too make finding a good vitamin more difficult, my younger son cannot have dye, as it causes neurological issues (stuttering...he does not stutter when dyes are not consumed, but stutters up to 2 weeks if accidently consumed); this is one of the only Kid Vitamins that offered everything I needed for my older son, plus be dye free for my younger son.My kids were excited to try this vitamin as it's in gummy form...needless to say, they both loved it, so much that my 9 yr old wanted more. Thankfully, the lid is child proof and difficult for him to open. I told him he couldn't have more than 2 a day, in which he responded, "they are so good though, they taste like candy". We had to have a talk about how it is not candy and explained to him why he can't consume more than 2 a day. So, buyer beware that your child will love these and you will need to keep them out of reach and explain to them why they cannot consume more than 2 a day!
