According to the box, per serving there are 7 grams (mix only). Prepared brownie has 13 grams. Twelve servings per box.

Is this certified gluten free?

The box says it is gluten free, but the word "certified" is not on the box. My daughter-in-law eats the cake and brownie mix without any issues. She does not tolerate gluten.

Was it with small chunks of something in it also ? I ate this and it had small clumps like coconut

The box I used a couple of days ago did not have chunks in it. Flour like consistency before adding other ingredients. Smooth batter afterwards. It does have a slight coconut flavor due to the coconut flour used in the box mix. But not overpowering.
