I’m very happy with this TV so far. The picture quality is sharp, colors look vibrant, and the brightness is excellent for movies, sports, and everyday viewing. The Mini-LED display gives great contrast and the 4K content looks detailed and smooth. Setup was simple and the interface is easy to use. Sound quality is decent, but pairing with a soundbar makes it even better. Overall, this feels like a premium TV at a great price and I would definitely recommend it.

This is our den tv, we have a really nice 120" projection home theater down stairs. 55" was as large as would comfortably fit in the den. Were very pleased with Hisense TV's we have their 55" Canvas TV in the living room and really like it too. The U7 has a great picture and the best sound Ive ever had on a flat screen TV, and speaking of sound It's one of the few TV's that you can simultaneously use multiple speaker outputs. My hearing is not that great and I miss some dialog when watching TV, my wife's hearing is great. With this TV I can use Bluetooth open ear buds while she listens via the TV speakers. The TV'S extensive controls also allow for lip syncing with the Bluetooth. That being said your Bluetooth headset needs to be atleast 5.3 and ultra low latency. Google TV is a really great platform for this TV, We stream everything, cut the cable and antenna over 10 yrs ago. I use to use Roku box for streaming and still do for our projection TV downstairs but the way GoogleTV is integrated into the U7 is fantastic. Apps work great and most everything is intuitive. We've had this TV for probably 6 months now and would buy it again.

I got this during Prime Days, received a decent discount of around 20% off, as well as free deluxe delivery and unpacking. That was a nice treat for myself and my wife. The TV itself is good. I am a gamer, and do own a decent monitor giving me 4k 120 fps on most shooters. Coming from a good monitor to TV, I will say I was slightly disappointed. The visuals were very vibrant, almost to the point of hurting your eyes (after some setting changes, it felt much better). It being a smart TV, I was very pleased with the amount of content we can access from the TV without needing a 3rd party devices like a Roku or Fire Stick. It had all the main streaming apps and some awesome free access to "cable" channels. The setup was fairly easy, and honestly, really straightforward if you're a big Google user Playing video games on the TV, that was a big one for me. Now that we have a TV, me and my wife can finally start playing together. It can handle performance mode and is able to give me 120 fps on games like GTA 5. I think I had my expansions a little too high considering the price point of this TV, but I am still very satisfied with what I received. As of writing this, I've had the TV for about 2-3 weeks, and so far no issues. I do recommend this TV on sale.

Going with an 85-inch panel instead of a 100-inch actually preserves pixel density, keeping fine 4K details incredibly sharp when I sit eight feet away from the screen. The technical specs are staggering. Pushing up to 3000 nits of peak brightness paired with 3000 local dimming zones creates absolute inky blacks and blinding highlights without any noticeable blooming around white text. The proprietary Hi-View AI Engine Pro handles 1080p video upscaling remarkably well, generating a crisp 4K image without adding digital artifacts. Gaming on the native 165Hz panel with VRR enabled eliminates all screen tearing during high-framerate PC sessions. I heavily value the anti-reflection coating, which completely diffuses the harsh overhead studio lighting in my workspace. The Dolby Vision IQ and IMAX Enhanced audio certifications output a surprisingly wide soundstage directly from the built-in 2.1.2 channel array, and engaging Director's Mode instantly corrects the color temperature to perfectly match Hollywood grading standards. My only technical critique is that the integrated Google TV interface occasionally experiences a half-second input lag right after bootup while it loads background apps. Stability is easy to adjust with the included feet or mounted. Connectivity was easy as well. I just used my Google account. This is definitely a 2-oerson device for carrying. Weight is heavy but not too heavy. What the listing misses is that you will need to buy heavy-duty wall anchors separately, as hauling a 100-pound display onto a bracket requires serious hardware. Beautiful picture with dark blacks and nice color. Sound is better than your average TV but not as great as a good soundbar (i.e. you don't quite get surround sound). Set up was easy and I like the fact that it rests on a pedestal and not two flimsy feet spaced way apart like many TVs these days. My TV is less than 10 feet from my router and the wi-fi speed was blinding (450 mps down, 40 mps up according to a speed check app). While operation of the TV is fairly intuitive the lack of a manual is why I didn't give it four stars (I tried looking for the manual online and while the Hisense website prompted me several times to register the TV and offered a "spec sheet," I could not find a manual. I've emailed Hisense to ask for a link to a manual. We'll see if I get a response. I also wish the remote control had a dedicated button for switching among the inputs (i.e. HDMI ports). On the plus side the remote is backlit which is convenient. The TV is much faster to respond than my previous TV (5-10 years old), apps download and open very quickly, and there is usually a way to log-in to new apps the first time using your phone or a tablet or computer. The selection of apps is pretty comprehensive. The TV could be a little faster in responding to voice commands but the accuracy of understanding what you say is quite high (the AI interpreting requests is still a work in progress). You should be very happy with this TV. I don't game so I can't opine on how good it is for gaming, but the specs suggest it should be good.

I freaking love this thing. I have had a cheap Vizio for quite some time, and it did the trick for a while, but I wanted to get something top tier. Upon doing some research, I said "okay, maybe upper mid tier is for me." When I got it, Amazon had a feature where the delivery drivers will help set it up and test it, and take away the bulky packaging after. A huge relief, as I currently am recovering from a pretty life altering shoulder injury and surgery. When they turned it on, I saw the difference immediately from my last 4K TV. The picture was smooth and clear, looked nice and bright, and had me excited right out of the gate. The sound quality was better than my old Vizio for sure, but just because of the nature of flat screen TVs I would still recommend a soundbar to make the most of the Dolby Atmos. Setup was a breeze once connected to my network, and Google TV ensured that any app I need and more would be available quickly and easily. I got all my standard apps, plus a couple extras I have yet to check out that I'm looking forward to. I broke it in watching Batman: The Long Halloween parts 1 and 2 as I've heard that animation really pops and I had already started it on my old TV. Night and day difference there, this was a fantastic picture that was highly immersive and crisp. After that, I watched the new Superman (based on its newness and visual oriented story, I assure you that DC isn't the limits of my entertainment) and it handled that amazingly with the filmmaker mode. Filmmaker mode is a huge part of what made me want this in the first place, and it did not disappoint. This is a great step up for people on a budget that don't mind spending a little bit extra for a lot more. I can't wait to watch a thousand more movies on this big fella.

I’ve been using this 75” Hisense U7 Mini-LED TV for a bit now, and overall I’m really impressed. The picture quality is excellent—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the brightness really stands out, especially when watching movies or sports. The Mini-LED backlighting makes a noticeable difference compared to standard LED TVs. Gaming performance is also solid with smooth motion and low input lag, which is great if you’re using a console. The built-in smart features are easy to use, and apps load quickly without much lag. Sound quality is decent for a TV, but I’d still recommend adding a soundbar if you want a more immersive experience. The only minor downside is that the interface can feel a little cluttered and lagging at times, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I had a horrible experience getting this TV. Not sure if that's Amazon's fault or the manufacturer. I got this TV and was very excited for it, just to get a TV that was already used. There was no screen protector on it and two people were already signed in. I returned it and got a new one, but it was very late. Amazon thankfully gave me a discount because the TV had some audio issues as well. How's the TV itself though? It is very nice. I got it at a good price when it was on sale. But I'm not sure if it's worth it at full price when you can find similar TVs for cheaper. I had audio issues where the TV would randomly blast the volume up too loud for a few seconds. One of the smart settings called "auto volume control" fixed that. Just in case anyone else gets that issue. Picture looks great honestly, but high refresh rate makes barely a difference. I mostly got this TV for gaming and there are not many games that are really that much smoother with the high refresh rate. Some look smoother than others, but I wouldn't recommend this TV for that alone. The best part of the TV is the sound quality. It sounds great as long as you get the audio settings the way you like. The bass is great! Overall, I'd only recommend this TV on a sale. It's a good TV, but like I said, there are many other good TVs for cheaper prices. I also want to point out that the manufacturer customer support is useless. So contact Amazon instead if you have any issues with it.
