This product is great for joint pain. I had none left for 1 week and felt the pain and sore joints in my knees got my marine collagen and after 2 days pain gone. It's very good quality collagen, I use collagen for regeneration of bones, tendons, joint pain, and arthritis, it also helps with formation of skin and hair good for nails too, here's the thing, it is 229g but for 30 quid is unheard of you can get collagen at 1kg for 30 quid. There is also no scoop and is marketed as plastic free inside no more plastic scoop, I don't know I kinda think that for 30 quid it should have a gold stainless steel scoop inside or something. I would use a kitchen scale and measure 12g into a cup, mix it in either soups, yoghurt, cereal, coffee, tea, pre-workout powder, Amino acids powder etc… It mixes better in lukewarm or hot water, boiling water doesn't affect the composition of the protein in collagen, so it's safe to put in a hot coffee, some collagens can taste bad, but this one tastes pleasant. I only removed a star for 2 reasons, quantity and the no stainless steel scoop, other than that it's a high grade collagen, but no different to a cheaper collagen that is worth it's weight in gold. Side note these products do work for me, but take normally 3–6 months with arthritis, and this has only 18 days supply give or take if measuring exactly 12g, this is nowhere near the amount of time I need to be taking this, but not going to argue with its quality that's good. How I use it 12g measured on a kitchen scale in a hot cup of morning coffee but once only every day.

I have been using this Marine Collagen Peptides Powder for a couple of weeks now, adding a tablespoon to my morning smoothie. It mixes in without much effort and doesn’t affect the flavour, which is a win. The powder itself is very fine and easy to scoop. I’ve not been religious about measuring out 12g each time, but even with a more casual approach, I’ve seen small but welcome improvements in my skin and nails, they seem a bit stronger and my skin has felt slightly smoother, particularly around the face. What I like most is the simplicity, it’s one ingredient and you know exactly what you’re getting. I appreciate that it’s gluten free too. It’s not some miraculous overnight fix, but I wasn’t expecting that anyway. I’ll keep using it to see if the benefits continue to build, but for now I’d say it’s a solid addition to my routine. If you’re curious about collagen and want something straightforward, this is a good place to start. Not quite five stars for me, only because I’d prefer a resealable pouch over a canister. 4 out of 5.
