From the first use, I was impressed by the quality of the nonstick coating. Food releases effortlessly from the surface, even without cooking spray or oil. While I still prefer to cook with butter or oil for flavor, it's reassuring to know that the cookware performs exceptionally well on its own.One of the biggest improvements I've noticed compared to my previous T-fal cookware is the overall construction. The handles on my old set frequently became loose and required constant tightening, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. With the Carote set, the handles have remained secure and sturdy throughout regular use, giving me much more confidence while cooking.Cleaning is another area where this cookware excels. Most food residue wipes away with very little effort, and on the occasions I use the dishwasher, the pots and pans come out looking just as clean. Good light weight pans, non stick is very good, bottom is good with no rough parts that would scratch my glass top stove -others have. Price is very reasonable-others start at twice or three times more. A lot in the set too-2 small pots, a medium pot, a large stock pot, 2 fry oans and deep dish fry and a steamer basket that fits in one of the pots.
