Delicious, Sugar-Free, portable hydration!
So yummy and I can tell a huge difference in the hydration I’m receiving (increased potty breaks!) plus, compared to other brands on the market. This is a great bargain! Just grab a bottle of water a packet of Gatorade G Zero sports drink mix powder, and you’re out the door for your summer activity.

Convenient, Affordable, and Perfect for On-the-Go Hydration!
I absolutely love these Gatorade powder packets—they’ve become a daily essential in our house. Instead of buying premixed bottles, I just add a packet to water, which is not only more cost-efficient but also cuts down on plastic waste each week. The flavor is great—light, refreshing, and not overly sweet like some other hydration drinks. There’s also a zero-sugar option, which is a huge plus. They’re incredibly convenient for travel and outdoor activities. I keep a box in my truck for camping and fishing trips, and my husband uses them while working outdoors in the heat to stay hydrated. They’re also perfect for sports—I brought them to a softball tournament, and the girls loved how easy they were to use. Just pour, shake, and go! Another big win is the value. At my local store, I’d pay around $6 for one box, but buying here on Amazon saves me a ton of money—I can get three for about the same price. The packets are lightweight, mess-free (unlike liquid pods that can spill), and easy to split if I only want half a serving in a cup. Overall, these packets check all the boxes: great taste, easy to carry anywhere, reliable hydration, and unbeatable value. I’ll definitely keep reordering!

Taste great
I started using the Gatorade G Zero Frost variety pack because I wanted a zero-sugar hydration option that still replenishes electrolytes without tasting watered-down. Here’s how it’s worked for me over a couple of weeks. The first thing I noticed is that the flavors actually hit like classic Gatorade — not overly sweet, not weird — even though there’s no sugar. The Frost variety gives a nice mix, and each flavor stands out without tasting artificial. I drink mine ice-cold, and they dissolve cleanly with no grit or chalkiness. Mixing these is effortless. I keep packets in the truck and gym bag, dump one into a bottle, shake, and it’s ready. One packet per 16–20 ounces of water is right for me — strong enough to taste but not syrupy. On hot days or after working outside, these make a real difference. I feel “refreshed” faster than when I’m just drinking water, and I don’t get that flat feeling some sugar-free drinks leave behind. They’re also nice for workouts — I can finish a set, sip a few swigs, and feel like I’m rehydrating instead of just swallowing water. I like that there’s zero sugar because it keeps calories down without losing that hydration effect. If I’m doing long sessions or sweating a lot, I just sip more over time and feel balanced rather than bloated. The packet count is generous. Thirty packets is enough to keep some in various places — truck, gym bag, house — so I’m never hunting for one when I need it. It’s not a miracle performance booster, but as a go-to electrolyte drink without sugar that actually tastes good and does what it’s supposed to, this variety pack has been solid for me.

Same flavor. Cheaper. And you save the planet.
I loved this. I had my doubts about the taste but it taste the same as the bottle. I even added some extra water because the taste was a bit strong at times. I appreciate not having to carry the Gatorade bottles in from the store. Also love not wasting all that plastic.

Overall pretty yummy
The value is pretty good, but each box only has 10 packets, and I drink 4 a day. They’re honestly really yummy (as long as I dilute them enough). It tastes like Gatorade Zero (which it should), so it’s really effective. It mixes great most of the time, but sometimes the powder sticks to the sides of my water bottle in clumps. The quality is good, and the color is quite vibrant. The package says to mix one packet with 16 oz, but I’ve been mixing it with 24 oz and it tastes great. It only got 4/5 stars because it doesn’t always mix well. It’s a good size.

Stay hydrated while traveling
I drink Gatorade Zero regularly so I know how much I like these flavors. I decided to buy the powder packets to take on a trip overseas to help encourage me to drink water and stay hydrated. Worked as planned! The ease of carrying 2 packets in my purse allowed me to drink bottles of water while on tour. Flavors are delicious and quenching.

Bottoms up
Gatorade G Zero Powder is a total game-changer for anyone who wants hydration without the sugar crash. I’ve tried every zero-calorie sports drink on the market, and this one stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. The taste is spot-on—bold, crisp, and actually tastes like real fruit, not some watered-down chemical knockoff. Glacier Freeze and Fruit Punch are my go-tos; they mix instantly with zero clumping, even in cold water. Just one scoop in a 20-oz bottle and you’re set—no shaker needed. What really sets it apart is the electrolyte punch. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium hit fast to replace what you sweat out, but with zero sugar and zero carbs, it won’t spike your blood sugar or leave you bloated. Perfect for long runs, HIIT sessions, or just surviving brutal summer shifts. Portability is clutch: the resealable tub fits in a gym bag, and single-serve packets are ideal for travel. I’ve even used it to rehydrate after late-night gigs—no jitters, just clean energy. If you’re cutting sugar but refuse to compromise on flavor or performance, G Zero Powder is non-negotiable. Stock up—you’ll thank yourself mid-workout.

good flavors for every day added hydration
These are some of my favorite drink powders for a little hydration boost. They taste just like the Gatorades you buy in the bottle. But are very convenient for on the go situations, or adding extra hydration into normal day activities. I also use other hydration stuff like dripdrop, and liquid IV- They might are a little more intense on the electrolyte/hydration front, and better post workout. But these Gatorade packets taste soooo much better. They don't have that weird electrolyte formula taste that a lot of the powders have. And bonus they are zero sugar! I have never had a flavor I don't like, but my favorite has to be the glacier cherry!
