I don't know what these things are but they smell horrible, I tried to eat a couple and spit them out, idk if this is normal or not, I never had sea buckthorn before, if it's just my flavor palette then I'm sorry but I'm throwing these things away, just have to chalk that up to losing 20 bucks, can't get a refund on food that's opened, another thing that bothered me after wards was I read the nutrition label, comes from Tunming China, does not state organic anywhere, and it claims 0 fiber, from what I have read these things are very fiber dense, the whole 200 gram jar stated it was 1 serving, that bothered me also because even though there is no recommended daily intake on record, the studies I read never went higher than 100 grams, most being 45 grams or so, I have never seen any food that when weighed at 200 grams had had macronutrient ratings all above 20 grams per serving but had no sugar and no fiber, and I think it goes for saying a second time, this jar stinks bad, has a smell that's a little more than just spoiled food if you know what I mean, I will have to source my omega 7 fatty acid elsewhere
