Very good quality for the price. It was easy to assemble and has wheels so you can easily move it around. It is durable and not wobbly and so I feel secure while using it. It has several levels of inclines. The material is good quality and will be easy to clean.

High quality bench! Very stable base. Love how easy it is to adjust. Might give it 4.5 stars as the seat cushion could have a bit more padding. I throw a towel over it and that helps absorb the sweat also. A pleasure to assemble also!

Great packaging, very easy to assemble took only about 20 minutes with my 3 year olds help lol, only 5 steps for assembly which are labeled with the hardware clearly on the bags. Feels very sturdy, has lock washers to keep pieces in place. Nice thick padding, wide cushions, has adjustment knobs on the bottom to level out for uneven floors, and the headrest can also be adjusted up/down with twist knobs. Very thick metal on the notches for the seat and back angle adjustments, makes me feel comfortable benching heavy weight. The wheels are a plus and also has a handle in the front to wheel around easily. All in all seems like a great bench for the price.

For a budget weight bench, this fits the bill and is what you would expect. I do have concerns about the long term durability if you're trying to use to lift a lot of heavy weights, I'm not positive the padding is going to last. When you lay the bench flat, there is a little bit of a gap between the top and bottom section. Due to the gap the top section towards the bottom I feel is going to eventually wear out. Not a huge deal, it's a cheap bench so you kind of expect it not to be perfect. The bench is adequately padded and easy to move and easy to adjust. I do feel like it's quite sturdy, so lifting heavy weights doesn't concern me on a safety perspective.

Putting this together was very easy. While there are a lot of pieces, the instructions were perfect and easy to understand. Took about 20 minutes to build. A crescent wrench and Allen wrenches required for assembly were included. Fully assembled, this is a pretty sturdy bench. The adjustable seat, foot holds, back rest and head rest are sturdy and easy to adjust. It also comes with adjustable feet incase there is any wobbling. I will say that the "fabric" used on the cushions may not be the greatest as it already has a worn spot from shipping.
