I absolutely love the IRIS Instant White Rice! This premium Japanese short-grain rice is incredibly flavorful and cooks up beautifully every time. The grains are soft, slightly sweet, and have a great texture, just like homemade rice. What I appreciate most is how fast and easy it is to prepare. Just peel, microwave for about 80 seconds, and you have perfect rice ready to enjoy. It’s also great that you can boil unopened in water if you prefer. The single-serve trays are perfectly portioned, which makes meal prep a breeze. They were ideal for busy weekdays, lunches at work, or quick dinners. The fact that it’s gluten-free, vegan, and low fat is a huge bonus too! Also VERY moist, not dry at all. Smelled perfect, and the shelf life is incredible! Whether you’re pairing it with your favorite mains, making rice bowls, sushi, or fried rice, this product delivers great taste and quality. Highly recommend!

So glad I found this rice. I had no idea of the difference in taste from other "good" brands of rice. This rice is super good; sticky; premeasured for my rice cooker; makes great leftovers, etc. I kept ordering more & more, and then ordered some for a friend & had it shipped directly to her for her birthday. She too was in awe in the taste. I loaded up while it was on sale, because even at the sale price this rice is pricy, I guess because of the quality & that it comes all the way from Japan.

Possibly the best rice I've ever bought. The taste and texture are terrific. Also the grains are bit larger than most other sushi rices, which I like. The packaging is great too. The small packages with silica packs keeps the rice fresh. The 300g in each packet is also exactly 2 scoops of rice if you use a traditional Japanese rice cooker or similar.
