- Lifted Naturals Bifidus Mood Boost Probiotic 30 Billion CFU, Histamine-Free

I am getting my life back because of Lifted. I remember dealing with anxiety at an early age. I was 4 when I started having itching and hives related to stressors. I remember lying in bed at 7 worrying about my Dad who had been hurt. I wondered how we could get him out of the house if it caught fire. Pretty heavy for a seven year old. At 12, I first though of suicide. It was the late 70s and mental issues were very stigmatized. My mother didn't want my issues on my "permanent record." It was around that time that I was first treated for stomach ulcers. I continued to suffer for many years. At 30, I was severely depressed. I had to quit a job I loved, was separated from my husband, and suicidal. I ended up with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. I started meds... and was found to be treatment resistant. At one point, I was taking around 20 pills a day. The meds created a new set of problems. Besides the expense (one med was about $600 a month. All combined, about $1400), the side effects were horrible. Parkinson's type tremors, nausea, dull thinking, fatigue and sleepiness, no feelings, and severe body pain. I even ended up with a fibromyalgia diagnosis and was given more meds for that. There were days I could sense that these meds were toxic and I could feel they were going to kill me. I took them, though, because my mental state without them caused so many relationship issues. Two years ago, a series of events caused me to try tapering off, even the fibromyalgia meds. I was in pain anyway and knew I'd soon be in a wheelchair. I was spending most of my time in bed, crying. The detox process was awful. My anxiety came back with a vengeance and I felt absolute rage all the time. But I started to feel better physically. My fibromyalgia pain was not as bad. I was able to get up and do more. I knew I needed help mentally, but the physical was improving. I tried a variety of natural type things... essential oils, meditation, vitamins and minerals without much success. The anxiety never turned off. My depression was dark. My anger was volatile. I wanted to die if this was going to go on the rest of my life. I even tried going back on a mood stabilizer. But within a few days, the pain was back. I stopped immediately and was merely existing. In October 2018, I had been reading some about the brain gut connection. Knowing I'd been plagued with stomach issues most of my life helped it just make sense. I'd tried other strains of probiotics which had helped my IBS and they had helped. When I found the Lifted ad, I knew I had to try. I was taking a prescription med for anxiety, but it wasn't helping and I really think natural when possible is better. I started taking one...in a few days, I upped the dose to two. After about three or four weeks, I noticed I wasn't as on edge. I was coping with stress better. I had more energy. After a few months, I'm feeling the best I have in years. I'm 51 and I feel like there's hope for the first time in 20+ years. I'm so excited about this product, I have told everyone and ordered it for my sister who has pretty severe anxiety and a friend who has alcoholism. They've both been taking it a month. She has more energy and less anxiety and he reports less cravings. Another sister has just ordered her own Lifted! Thank you so much for this amazing blend. It's the only thing that has helped me with my depression and anxiety that kept me feeling like me.

I am so grateful that I found Lifted! I am a disabled single mother of 3, and finances (and healthy issues) are the cause of my stress and anxiety. On top of that, last year I had a total bowel resection, and afterwards I got a terrible infection that resulted in Colitis...and the last thing I needed was MORE PAIN. My surgeon and GI both recommended a Probiotic, and for the first 8 months post op, I bought whatever was on sale at the grocery store. I never felt any improvement (or any negative side effects), but I thought it was one of those supplements that was "doing something", you just weren't aware of it. WRONG! I found Lifted while browsing on Amazon. As someone who suffers from FMS ADHD, Colitis, and a host of other chronic pain and fatigue diseases, natural supplements and vitamins are how I get through the day, and I'm always excited to find something new to help ease my symptoms. I have tried 3 different Lifted Probiotics, as well as their Mood Boosting Blend, and I couldn't BELIEVE what a DIFFERENCE the RIGHT Probiotic made! Not only did every trace of my "nervous stomach" disappear, but so did all of my Colitis symptoms...along with the 3 different prescriptions necessary to manage it! This is, for me, a life changing supplement, and I will never be without it again! Also, an added bonus is the companies deep commitment to happy customers...its not every day that the Co Founder of the company is the person who returns your call about a simple question! I hope this amazing company continues to grow and expand their products...I have so many more ailments that need fixin'! Lol. Happy customer here! ***UPDATE 11/3/19*** I never thought you could "love" a supplement so much, but now even more so. As I mentioned previously in my review, I am a single mom of 3, and not working thanks to being disabled, so sometimes (OK a lot of times...) self care has to take a backseat to the kids needs (especially with them insisting on eating EVERY DAY! LOL I'm kidding!) But seriously, I felt guilty wanting to buy my supplements when they're eating ice cubes for lunch, so I didn't. And let me tell you, I FELT it with this one! This ONE lil pill takes the place of at least THREE different prescriptions- for anxiety, colitis and 1 I didn't realize until I ran out, for migraines! Within days of taking my last Lifted, the constant worry flutter in my tummy returned, alone with killer stomach cramps and a headache that I've had 24/7 for over 3 weeks that nothing, and I mean nothing, helps. So even if these seem a lil pricey comparitively, they're NOT, and remember you're getting a 2 month supply! AND it takes the place of at least 3 prescriptions...I'd call that a downright BARGAIN. Plus I love supporting a women (and lovely to boot) owned company! Take it from me, I learned the hard way...if you can help it, do NOT stop taking this! Trust me, your belly, brain and head- heck, probably your whole body!- will thank you!!

I'm rare to post a review, and am currently not taking them but wish i were, this probiotic just works! im 26 and have PCOS, and bipolar depression. with my mood, i couldn't tell that much of a difference at the time, but i think it may have helped my mood. i was going through a mindset change at the time already (hence the probiotic decision) so i'm not sure if they helped in but in hindsight, i got up and got something done almost every week. The real difference was my gut health. i lost 15 pounds in the first month. ive been overweight all my life about 290 lbs and dropped to 275 in just one month of taking them! my craving stopped and it felt like i could get work done without constantly being hungry. i am lactose intolerant and read some reviews on saying that it could act up with you stomach, and it did. the farting wouldn't stop. i felt like a hot air balloon or like i was air pregnant? taking two was too much and caused this so i alternated days where i would take one or two. when i ran out, i gained the weight back and my cravings went back to usual. my mood is still good though don't worry! as soon as i can, ill buy these again and this time stay on them.

This is a good probiotic for bowel regularity. As far as mood improvement the effect is subtle for me , but positive. I have a history of chronic depression and anxiety . For anyone with these issues it is worth trying in addition to the usual recommendations of good diet and exercise. It may be placebo effect , but if it works thats fine too.

Wow, this has helped me tremendously! I’m a 34-year-old male who’s dealt with on-and-off stomach issues, early morning bathroom urges, and intense anxiety. This probiotic has been an absolute game changer—far better than the SSRI my doctor initially wanted to prescribe. I can’t say enough good things about it. I was previously taking an L. Reuteri probiotic but experienced sensitivity to the histamines in it, so I switched to this one with no problems. I usually take one or two capsules a day, and since then, my bathroom issues are gone and the anxious “butterflies” in my stomach have completely disappeared.

I’ve been having some itchiness/histamine concerns so I carefully researched probiotics to find one that might not add trouble. The info on this one looked so good, and many happy customers led me to choose it. I took this probiotic for seven days. But... Oh. My. Word!! On Day 4,5,6,7... I had weird painful bowels. I mean, it just hurt for about an hour early in morning (though I took the capsules in the afternoon and evening, one capsule a day for first two days then two a day for rest of week). Not painful enough to stop taking, but definitely odd. But, it was my thinking that scared me... freakish! Jumpy thoughts, for lack of way to better describe the weirdness! Rising anxiety! I am gluten free for many years, but sometimes hidden gluten ingested would give me something similar. I have to believe this probiotic is gf, though. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that I’m no stranger to probiotics. I understand the die-off that happens with new varieties. For me, that’s usually a runny nose or gas or slight headache. No biggies. I usually make homemade kefir, which is FAR superior to any bottled probiotic anyway! Truly, homemade kefir resurrected me few times over the years! Love it! (Check out cultured food life. com for fabulous tips on kefir, if anyone is interested. Way cheaper than bottled probiotics and much like a hug from heaven to me. :) Enormous stress in my life for last few months has led to this present histamine concern, and kefir has some probiotic strains that seem to aggravate histamines. So, I’m taking a break from the creamy elixir. Again, I was really hoping this probiotic might be an answer. The reaction was so bad, folks! I thought I was losing my mind until I remembered the weirdness corresponded with the introduction of these new strains. I’m a huge believer in gut health! Getting the gut right will lead to so much health for the whole body! Sorry for a negative review. Just had to share this in case another buyer reacts as well. These reviews really help me make decisions. I hope this product helps others. Just wish it had helped me. The journey and prayers continue. :) And this bottle will go in the trash. By the way, two days without taking it and no stomach pain! Calm mind is also returning!

I am now on Day 9 of taking your histamine-free Bifidus Mood Booster. I cannot tell you how surprised I am at the continued improvement I am seeing in symptoms. I have struggled for years -- literally for years -- and wish I had known about the histamine issue sooner. Or maybe it's the use of a different strain of probiotic that is helping me. At the risk of being rude or too graphic, for years I was waking up very early every day with very loose stools, and it was clear that I was having trouble digesting fats and other foods in my system. The GI doc I've been seeing brushed everything off because I wasn't experiencing pain. I have also had various allergy symptoms, including watery eyes, itchy skin, and ongoing sinus problems, that made me uncomfortable. I couldn't drink a glass of wine without flushing. Until recently, I never connected the allergy symptoms with my digestive problem. Day by day, after little more than a week on your product, my stool quality is nearly normal, the sinus issue is improving, and I am definitely feeling less anxiety. I feel like I have more energy, more like my old self. I do plan to try the Super Strains (histamine free) after I finish this bottle, just to see how that works for me. Thanks so much for providing such a helpful product, the missing piece to my puzzle. I have been in touch with the owner of the company, too, and am very impressed with the level of response and customer service they offer. It is so hard to navigate the various issues of IBS, SIBO, candida, and other digestive problems -- and it's a lifesaver to find products and companies like this one.

This product was OK. I didn’t find that it cramped my stomach like most probiotics do, but I have increased bloating while taking this. As an IBS and endometriosis sufferer, extra bloat is not my friend. I do feel like it helped some with my anxiety, but I don’t like the bloating side effect, which I’ve read is a common side effect of the GOS prebiotic.
