I got this for a great price at the time of purchase. It was well worth it and me and my daughter had a lot of fun making bracelets together. They turned out great!

The students loved the pieces and crafting they could do with their friends! A wonderful activity!

Get ready for your kids to make bracelets day and night. I think there are about 200 bracelets in my house. I'm not exaggerating. I found one under the oven last weekend when I was washing floors. They gift them away to friends too. This monster loom is pretty cool. It's very easy to use and the instructions are great. You can find more patterns online. The rubber bands get added as you work and the bracelet is extruded from the center of the loom. You are basically making a tube, and when that tube gets long enough you connect the ends. If you have kids in your life that love the regular rainbow loom, this one would be a great addition for them.

The looms have withstood months of use in summer camp and after care program for kids eight to 14. Rainbow looms are best. This is a good starter loom and the instructions are so easy, even I was able to make bracelets. I've bought these as gifts and because the kids in class didn't share so well. A friend sent one I gave her grandson, age 8, to his cousin age 6. Boys really like these looms and bands, but the 6 year old tried to put the small rubber bands up her nose. Once the kids get the basics down, they make amazing art and animals on bigger Rainbow looms.

Everything works as should. Only issue is that they have a pretty strong chemically smell when you open the box.

I love these little looms! I am an adult and have been making the "quadfish" (four peg), bracelets as a fundraiser for my sorority. I attach a button to the bracelets in a way which hides the "connection' and they are darling! Adults and children love them. The funds I make go to a famous children's hospital in Memphis. I do use the tiny 3-inch hooks, though. The larger hooks that come with this and most other loom kits are too large and clumsy for me to use. I found a small book with lots of ideas and very kid-oriented, made especially for the Monster Tail, at a huge mega retailer that it really nice. Amazon probably carrries them too.

Il prodotto arriva in una piccola scatola sigillata, e corrisponde perfettamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione; contiene una bustina con tanti elastici di diversi colori, un'altra più piccola con dei gancetti in plastica trasparente per chiudere i braccialetti, un piccolo telaio, un uncinetto in plastica e un altro telaio a Y (è la parte che copre l'uncinetto), un piccolo libretto di istruzioni. Gli elastici sembrano di buona qualità, mia figlia ha fatto e disfatto braccialetti diverse volte e non si sono rotti; il libretto contiene solo 2 modelli (un po' complessi) da realizzare con il telaio trasparente, con istruzioni in inglese e francese. Mia figlia però conosceva già, attraverso tutorial in rete, il metodo con le dita (o le matite) e ha continuato a usare quello, sostituendo le dita con il telaio a Y (le dita ringraziano!). Il fratello ha mostrato interesse pure lui e utilizza lo stesso metodo col telaio piccolo. Fanno tanti braccialetti e si divertono, anche perché è un passatempo non troppo impegnativo, e lo si può fare chiacchierando o guardando la TV. In rete ci sono tanti tutorial anche per cose diverse dai braccialetti, basta cercare e scegliere cose non troppo complicate. Insomma, il gioco è piaciuto: soddisfa la voglia di creare qualcosa da sé, senza delusioni, e fa trascorrere del tempo in maniera spensierata. Consegna Amazon come sempre precisa e puntuale.
