I've been doing a lot of reading on insulin resistance ever since I was diagnosed with boarderline diabetes. This looks like a viable option to reduce blood sugar spikes. I use it when making tea. It's much finer than sugar and mixes/desolves well. Simular to sugar (but less sweet) without a bad after-taste. Will be using this from now on!

This product has a sweet flavor with no aftertaste just as advertised. It is the first time I've ordered this brand. My other brand appears not to be available any longer, so this is a nice replacement. It has a similar texture of sugar and is a darker color than sugar. It's a little pricey, but it's also 3 lbs. I am likely to purchase this again.

I’ve been searching for a sweetener and finally found it. I can use it for hot chocolate, as well as baking with it. All purpose!! Hasn’t upset my stomach. It’s a 1:1 measurement.

This sweetener is very good and doesn't have any aftertaste, unlike most Stevia-based sweeteners (except Reb-M extract, which also lacks an aftertaste). However, it's not as sweet as stevia per packet; the amount needed to sweeten a drink is nearly the same as regular sugar. I gave it four stars only because the product's expiry date was 08/25/2025, which is just about four months after the purchase date. I won’t be able to use up 3 lb of it in that time, so I hope the taste and color stay consistent beyond the expiration date. I could have returned it, but I really wanted to test and compare it with another Stevia Reb-M sweetener I just purchased, one without erythritol. Honestly, I enjoyed that one the most.

Love the taste. It works great in recipes to replace sugar. Have ordered many times already.
