How can I make simple swaps with SlimFast?

To manage your weight swap 1 meal for 1 tasty balanced meal shake or bar. To lose weight follow the Slimfast 3.2.1. Plan which includes 3100 kcal snacks, 2 tasty meal shakes or bars and 1 balanced meal*. *600 kcals for female / 800 kcals for male.

Can SlimFast be used for healthy weight maintenance as well as weight loss?

Yes, by swapping one meal a day for one of our tasty meal shakes or bars. See the ‘manage weight’ info above or go to our website for more information.

Should I exercise while on the SlimFast 3.2.1. plan?

Research shows that people who include physical activity into their weight-loss plan are more likely to keep the weight off than people who only change their diet. Check with your doctor before starting any type of exercise program.

Is SlimFast suitable for those with Diabetes type 1, pregnant, breast feeding or other medical conditions?

At SlimFast we always advise those with medical conditions or those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have more than 20% weight to lose, to always speak to their Doctor or Dietician before starting a weight loss diet.

Banana milkshake flavour is delicious

If you love banana milkshake like I do this product is for you.I’ve never eaten breakfast or lunch since my early teens because I always feel extremely sickly at the thought of food before 2-3pm.This product allows me to ‘eat’ without actually eating. It’s a brilliant substitute for people like myself who simply can’t face eating food until MUCH later in the day.I don’t use it as weight loss product (I’m 5’4 and 8 stone 10lb) nor do I use it to maintain weight so I can’t help anyone with regards to that.I’m using the product more to ensure I’m getting enough calories throughout the day without having to eat. It’s delicious because it tastes just like banana nesquik.Sorry I can’t help with ‘weight loss’ effectiveness.
