Again surprised me with their product , this is my second seznik printer for my restaurant , complies well with multiple mobiles , good printing quality (paper quality should be good too), very compact and does the job well , good with swiggy , tomato orders and bi printing . Initially, I was very disappointed with my experience. The label printer I ordered arrived defective and would not switch on. I faced delays with the replacement process, and the pickup took longer than expected, which was frustrating. However, after the customer support team responded and completed the replacement, I received a new printer that is working well. The new unit performs properly, and I am now satisfied with the product. Although the replacement process could have been faster, I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved. This product is 100% worth it at this price. The printer is working great, and the print quality is excellent. The installation process was smooth, and whenever I needed support, I received a very quick response from the support team. Their service was really helpful and responsive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend it.

Works just perfect, although I have received a faulty piece at first, however upon informing the issue via Seznik's whatsapp chat, their response came lightning fast, I was assisted by Mr. Vikas from Customer support Team (Thumbs up for that), within 3 days the faulty device was picked up and a fresh device arrived which is working just fine. It works well enough when printing directly from Excel or basic billing apps. However, it does have some consistency issues. I’ve noticed the print can sometimes come out smudged or lacks clarity, which might be a dealbreaker if you need high-definition receipts. Given the budget-friendly price, it's a trade-off you might not mind for basic tasks. But, if you need a "set and forget" professional setup, I’d suggest moving up to one of SEZNIK’s larger, more robust models.
