Again surprised me with their product , this is my second seznik printer for my restaurant , complies well with multiple mobiles , good printing quality (paper quality should be good too), very compact and does the job well , good with swiggy , tomato orders and bi printing . Initially, I was very disappointed with my experience. The label printer I ordered arrived defective and would not switch on. I faced delays with the replacement process, and the pickup took longer than expected, which was frustrating. However, after the customer support team responded and completed the replacement, I received a new printer that is working well. The new unit performs properly, and I am now satisfied with the product. Although the replacement process could have been faster, I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved. Printer works fine, it stopped working after 1 month of use though. Customer support is very good. They respond promptly. Vikas was very helpful in trouble shooting the problem and sending a replacement piece.
