Sweat Absorbing Face Lotion for Oily Skin Control, Mattifying Face Lotion with Moisturizing Hyaluronic Acid and Squalane, Fragrance Free, 1.35 oz

This has been amazing at work! When my anxiety kicks in my face sweats, not a little, a good bit. This stopped that problem the first day I used it! Simple and easy to us, doesn’t feel heavy or oily it was amazing! I will say with putting it on at 5:30 am and going to a festival I was surprised it lasted until 1:00pm. At work it lasts until 5-6 pm easy.

I don’t understand why, but wore all day three or four times and I didn’t perspire. It is easy to apply and it doesn’t take much to cover face and neck area. You don’t feel any dryness or greasy feel on your skin.

I bought this after seeing several ads over and over again on social media. The price was much less expensive than their tinted product, so I thought I'd give this a try and, if I liked it/it worked, I'd get the tinted product. Summer in the Central Valley is a killer, and my makeup usually gives up in this heat. This seemed like a perfect product to help with this issue. NOPE. As a primer, I would say it's just ok. As an effective sweat blocking product, it does not work. Like, at all. There is no longevity to this product. I would apply it after using my skin care products and giving it time to dry down. Before the first drop of foundation touched my face, I was already sweating. It seemed as if this product was inducing my skin to sweat. And no, not lightly perspire...SWEAT. I found myself having to keep a small fan pointed at my face while applying makeup because I was sweating it off as quickly as I was applying it. I used this every day for a couple of weeks thinking it just needs time to work. Unfortunately, that did not help, and I simply gave up. It isn't scented, so I suppose that's a plus? I really had high hopes for this product and am bummed that it let me down. Please, don't waste your money on this product.

Helps with most of the appearance of sweating, but still feels like you’re pouring sweat. Also found that if for any reason I don’t get all of the product cleaned for my face, I break out really bad the next day.

I don’t wear a lot of makeup. I tend to wash, moisturize and go. This face lotion moisturizes and prevents facial sweating. I have combination skin = dry in the morning then more oily as the day progresses. I haven’t had any breakouts using this lotion. This product works great for me. It only takes a small amount. If I am very active, I may need to reapply. Small tube, but seems to go a long way which means it is cost efficient.

I was skeptical about this lotion because I have facial hyperhidrosis due to thyroid issues and medication. I wasn’t sure if it would help. While it doesn’t completely stop sweating, I’ve noticed a positive change. Areas I apply this lotion to such as my upper cheeks, upper lip, and brow line don’t get as damp, which is a huge win for me. These are the areas I’m most self-conscious about. Another plus is that the lotion is not sticky, doesn’t burn or irritate my skin, and honestly, it leaves my skin feeling quite soft.

It works well but it does dry to a white powder. So if you accidentally over do it in some spots, you’re gonna be walking around with white powder on your face (hopefully at least not under your nose) LOL it left my skin soft and was easy to apply, but I bought for work and I always chicken out of wearing it through my whole shift because I’m afraid of having white powdery spots, however, after taking a baby wipe to it midday, it still continues to reduce the amount I can feel myself sweating (unless it’s all in my mind) but hey whatever works for me to not be dripping LOL

I live in a humid climate and I’m a healthcare professional so I work 12’s. I used this under my makeup for work and as soon as I stepped outside into the humidity, I started to sweat in my face. I don’t have a horrible sweat problem, not like drips of sweat or anything, it’s pretty minimal but enough to break up my makeup after several hours. While I feel this helped increase the longevity of my makeup a little bit (hence the two stars vs one) it did NOT keep my face from getting moist (I’m sorry, I know that word is disgusting but there’s no equivalent here). Bottom line: I would save your money. If it can’t help someone like me that has an extremely mild issue w sweating, I can’t imagine it helping someone w a real issue.
