Review: Useful! - Really useful learning resource. Very helpful.
Review: A colourful set of blocks, but not much else! - This is a set of blocks and it certainly makes a nice impression; bright colours, friendly faces and it's all intuitive enough as well, although my little one didn't feel too invested in it as it is quite simple and isn't very "tactile" to organize and play with. The blocks themselves are nice quality; they're smooth, feel solid and everything is painted cleanly. All of the faces are cute and silly in their own way. And, I like that there's a little slot on the top block where you can stick in the number tag, as it does encourage stacking them in order with the right face on top! It helps with co-ordination as well; there's no clicking, no magnets, so it also helps with hand-eye co-ordination, but... there's also nothing that makes it satisfying to pull apart or put together again. There's nothing really wrong with the set, and it does promote organization skills, motor skills and number learning, but it just doesn't really invite play the way some other toys do.
