I have never been able to comfortably wear a metal bracelet on a watch before, so I was skeptical that I would like this one. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust the fit with the screw and unscrew links and included driver and kit. I love the way the watch looks. I am picky and I don't like the small bezels on most watches now. At 43 mm this watch looks great even on my smaller wrist size. The two down sides are that it will stop if you do not wear it for 30 plus hours and the metal bracelet seems to scratch easily, but at a sub $100 price point it's hard to hold that against it.

Review for the Pagani watch I had bought one of these Pagani “homage”watches previously at that time. It was a homage GMT master, which was really very good. I really liked it because it fits very well and looked great , not cheap at all, but unfortunately was off by around 60 seconds every day, which wasn’t acceptable and I had to return it. I’ve always wanted a Rolex GMT or a Submariner but it’s near impossible to get it at market price and I really wasn’t willing to pay the markup so I thought I’d try this at $85, till I “ get the call” . It really is a good buy and I thought if it’s really not good quality I could always return it, since Amazon is great like that. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I’ve worn the real deal for a few minutes in the shops and handled and worn those of my friends, so I have an idea of how it’s supposed to feel, I know I’ve only worn the real deal for a few minutes at a time, but this actually comes quite close. I was really surprised. I do have a few higher end watches, including Omegas and JLC, in my collection, all bought at less than MRSP , and the appearance of this watch is quite close, not the rotor or case-back though- the rotor and case back really look tinny and cheap, but the dial and bracelet, I like them more than several Longines hydroconquests id been trying on recently. The things I really like about this is 1 it’s a “homage”watch. It doesn’t have a Rolex crown, the Pagani is quite clear. It’s not fake replica, even though it might look like one clearly has design on it and isn’t trying to imitate it completely. This might be a bit pedantic and many might dispute this, but I feel this is the best thing you can do if you can’t afford the real deal or if you can’t buy the real deal because of the waiting list (me) or if you just want to try out I find that accuracy of the movement has been largely dealt with with the original Seiko movement that is supposed to be in this watch and this watch gains less than 8 seconds a day and this is almost acceptable for me. What I also like is the fantastic finish it actually feels like the real deal. It’s really hard to think even the cyclops lens which wasn’t that great in the GMT master homage, seems to be much better now in this submariner homage It’s getting really good magnification and the date number occupies most of the lens. The ceramic bezel- I don’t know if this is actually ceramic or aluminum but has a nice clickiness , because I’ve been trying a lot of divers recently, including Longines Hydroconquest and Tag Heuer, and these are really high prices watches but this cheap watch actually feels really good, dare I say, better?. I’m really surprised even the bracelet which is oyster type bracelet compared to the jubilee type bracelet that I bought previously seems really well-made. I have no complaints, whatsoever with this homage watch- so far. Well, maybe one… the lume sucks… it’s supposed to be a diver, and I’d heard they’d improved the lume. But, no, the lume really is bad. You can barely see the markers and the hands in the dark. So, my suggestion is, if you really want a Rolex, but can’t afford one or if you’re like me, waiting for the call to get one , try this. You can’t lose. If you just want a nice looking, accurate and well made watch and don’t care about it being a Rolex “ homage” get this. It's now losing 2 SPD... COSC level....

Quality is nice. Weight and size looks amazing. Seiko Movement is appreciated. I had different watch from the same brand that lasted 2 years without having issues - I'm expecting the same with this one. Only issues is the links are prone to steching or adjusting the screws, at least 1 time. And the clasp is very difficult to open once you're wearing it. Apart from that, is a good watch for a very good price

Pagani Design is hitting homeruns with all of their watches! I don't hate on homage watches and really enjoy this pd1639. The specs of this watch are worth well-over $200+! I have an 8in wrist and really enjoy the comfort and look of this watch. This design is paying homage to the Rolex and def gives off Bond 007 vibes! I think buying less expensive watches with good quality makes watch collecting a fun hobby. Regarding the micro adjustments, I found using some dental floss helps remove the spring bar easily.
