Alright I installed this one on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE. Installation took max 15 minutes. It took me longer to plug in the device than to program it just because I didn’t want to remove the OBD bolts cause I was lazy. The fit was perfect. Quality was pretty good. I was close to going with another option but this one had the best reviews and sales for $10 more. The range is pretty good for the most part as long as there’s no big obstructions. For example, my room is in the back of the house so it’s a little harder to reach but once I walk down the hallway, it’ll start the car. The remote start is pretty responsive. There is a slight delay, but that is expected. The functionality overall is pretty 10 out of 10 so far. I think it’s pretty cool that it’ll turn on the last climate controls you had left on. So for anybody who works early mornings in the cold, just make sure to put your heat on the last time you drive your car and you’ll hop in a warm car. If you’re skeptical, don’t be give it a shot! Don’t feel intimidated. I barely used any tools.

Fyi, worked in a 2024 Explorer. Easy install after watching youtube video from manufacturer. Remove one sensor, unclip plug from obd2 wire, plug harness in between. Programming took a couple minutes. I notice I have to operate the lock/unlock/lock on my fab slowly for the unit to register, but I am happy with my purchase.

Outstanding! It really took me only 5 minutes to install. Maybe a little less. I'm in my early 50's and the longest portion of the install was getting on my back under the driver side dashboard. hehehe. Come in prepared. Only tool you will need is a pair of wire cutters or scissors just to trim the zip ties. NO CUTTING WIRES. NO ELECTRICAL WORK AT ALL. The only skill you need to know is how to plug and unplug a connector. That's it. Then follow the simple brief starting steps and you're done.

Not bad, no time at all to install. 5 minutes and very simple. Only down side is when you push the buttons on your remote to initiate the auto start it takes a good 15 seconds, you almost start to second guess whether you pushed the sequence correctly. Overall for $99 is worth not having to go start your vehicle when it's cold outside or just too lazy to get dressed right away.

Easiest install ever! Lock, unlock, lock to start it. Brake pedal to disengage the remote start. However, if you use the remote start and decide you don't need the vehicle running. You can use the same lock, unlock, lock sequence to shut the vehicle off. Super cheap price! Super happy buyer!

My wife got a 2023 Maverick Lariat with Lux package, but I think there was some confusion in ordering and changes in 2023 regarding remote start therefore did not get the remote start FOB. Even though can start with the Ford Pass app, it is still convenient to have ability to remote start with FOB... for example when I am doing the driveway and lots of snow, I cannot start the vehicle because my wife has the app. Sometimes the app doesn't work either. Installation was fairly simple, more time spent strapping the unit up securely out of the way since there I not much room in front of the seat to get under there. Note that this vehicle has push button start and this the instructions mention this option. I wish they would update this page and the product info to reflect that it works with 2022 and 2023 models, because the description and dates are a little outdated and feels like taking a risk ordering it. It starts with a couple seconds delay only and vehicle acts pretty much like a remote start does with no dash information and says press button to start vehicle. I did notice that if I press the Lock.Unlock,Lock sequence again it stops the vehicle, then trying the sequence again will just honk the horn and not start it. I need to enter the vehicle, press the vehicle start button, then press brake pedal and stop button, then it will start correctly afterwards. The manual actually mentions that the brake must be pressed or unexpected things may happen. I do not know what will happen if I remote start it and let it turn off on its own after 15 min and try to start again, but will try later on. I am taking a guess that it has an internal timer of 15 minutes that is also stopped when brake pedal is pressed, and I am interrupting this timer and it is getting confused when I am doing the sequence again.. .don't know for sure but others say theirs works for subsequent starts. I include awesome picture of unit sitting on floor before I tied it up under dash behind ODB port. I will say however that I had a scare installing... The first time I hooked it up I lost entire vehicle control after programming. The FOB wouldn't start it, and push button would not start vehicle, no dash lights etc. some system communication error message on console (can't remember what is was exactly) Even removing the device from the plugs on harness didn't help. I cannot describe the feeling going through my mind trying to explain to my Wife that I fried her brand new Maverick that she has been waiting months for... but after I unplugged the harness from ODB all was working again, so what a relief!!! Normaly I would just cut my losses at this point and return, but I decided to try again. I reinstalled the harness onto ODB, and vehicle is working correctly. So I attempted learning again and it works now. I believe I didn't have plugged in ODB harness securely the first attempt. So make sure you have the harness plugged in securely.

Tardo algo en llegar... Pero cuando me llego lo instale en menos de 2 minutos. Fácil y rápido de instalar y funciona muy bien. Estoy muy satisfecho con la comprá y el producto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
