The LED light would flash when the trigger was pulled but that's about it. I noticed that it had been used before and probably returned by someone else. I requested a replacement sent, which was pretty painless except new hammer drill was never sent. I finally reached out to desertcart customer service and received the most amazing response back from customer service. Everything was taken care of from there . The new hammer drill is a great tool. 3 different setting and no cords. This has more than enough power to do the jobs I throw at it. Drilling through and busting block. Plus the 60v battery lasts has never failed me. I should've scored on of these a long time ago!
